They say to take 10g a day without food. 30 min after you eat. I think ideally in the morning.

According to my electric scales i'm 75kg at 13% body fat before starting. Not really doing this for the gainz, more to see if it improves my energy / healing capacity / hair density and regrowth would be nice too. But if my weight increases and body fat says the same, i'll take it. The podcast i listened to, the guy said its like rocket fuel and keeps you anabolic. Time to test it out...

Had my first 10g dose around 2pm.
It smells like popcorn or something, and tastes absolutely terrible. Any tips on how to handle the taste guys? I got it in powder form, this one here:

Holy hell, never tasted something so bad. And they say not to have it with food so i can't add it to my smoothie.
Weird experience; I played tennis as per usual on a thursday afternoon, and felt all these weird joint pains. Sore knee, old tennis elbow thing flaring up, sore shoulder. Kind of like old injuries flaring up randomly. I've been playing tennis for about 4 months with no injuries / pain, and I didn't sprain anything or do anything like that yesterday, but these weird throbbing like pains came. Is this normal? Is it like the tissue repairing? Anyone else heard of this? Maybe just coincidence.
