They say to take 10g a day without food. 30 min after you eat. I think ideally in the morning.

According to my electric scales i'm 75kg at 13% body fat before starting. Not really doing this for the gainz, more to see if it improves my energy / healing capacity / hair density and regrowth would be nice too. But if my weight increases and body fat says the same, i'll take it. The podcast i listened to, the guy said its like rocket fuel and keeps you anabolic. Time to test it out...

11/10/18:
Had my first 10g dose around 2pm.

It smells like popcorn or something, and tastes absolutely terrible. Any tips on how to handle the taste guys? I got it in powder form, this one here:

Holy hell, never tasted something so bad. And they say not to have it with food so i can't add it to my smoothie.

Weird experience; I played tennis as per usual on a thursday afternoon, and felt all these weird joint pains. Sore knee, old tennis elbow thing flaring up, sore shoulder. Kind of like old injuries flaring up randomly. I've been playing tennis for about 4 months with no injuries / pain, and I didn't sprain anything or do anything like that yesterday, but these weird throbbing like pains came. Is this normal? Is it like the tissue repairing? Anyone else heard of this? Maybe just coincidence.

They do taste pretty not so good. There are flavored ones of EAA's and also BCAA's, High Quality ones at like Popeyes, ... and other better health stores... whatever's over there where you're at. You just pound them tho. Most supps taste bad really. Just take w water or juice if need be, and down the hatch.
-Smells like Popcorn? I don't know man, never used Bulk Supps much, but supposed to be a good source for most things.

Quite a few PFS/PSSD/PAS people have seen temporary benefits from supplementing freeform aminos. Also a guy is seeing long term benefits recently on PropeciaHelp:

My regimen, and it's working

I think freeform aminos could be another piece of the puzzle, along with electrolytes, minerals, and vitamins, in producing a recovery.

It is simple ELECTROLYTES PROTOCOL. I am fully recovered on it. To 110 %

people keep looking finding, this , that. IT IS all there and has been there for a year

@Helen the problem with the Electrolytes Protocol, is it isn't specific enough. It seems everyone ends up with different supplements, amounts, etc, of things. We need to make a simple list of products, dietary guidelines, etc, so that even two idiots reading it will end up taking the same stuff. For example, it isn't clear in the main post if one should use freeform essential aminos or whey power, or both.

electrolytes protocol will be on hackstasis wiki( check out Boris's signature)

but you are right I will make it more clear soon, this FORUM was not created for idiots, it is not public.( as of now we BAN idiots out of here for now, until forum gets public) And many people take the protocol like Orion. and we constanly discuss it.

When you say in the protocol. All electrolytes. You mean all of them? Or just those in which we are deficient?

-all. simple helped me tons... probably almost as much as fasting.. but it's been said lots and lots. also aminos but simple electros helped before I could even eat protein*.
-Not to mention lock in gains/ snapback, prevent crashing at all (this year.. Jan 6 on - I mean 2018).

So the right thingnis to take calcium, sodium, copper, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc and phosphorus? Is this right? I have everything else so i will start the full protocol
