do you have any of this anexiety, uncotrolable agression, depression (being very sad), problems with sleep ?
at first glance to control a bit your body and make you feel better, you probably need folic acid (it is pretty low on your labs) and vitamin d for like a week. your vitamin d is also border low, and i bet that it is converted to ACTIVE vitamin d (it would be nice to check whether you can test also acitve vitamin d) which act on VDR. When on vit d You will probably feel higher urge to eat high calcium and phosphorus food. You can try eat/drink whey protein with this, this will fulfill urge for this high calcium - phosporus foods. Also instead of vitamin d you can try cysteine, which will break down active vitamin d, and should also lower activation of inflamation.
ps1. i dont know how this will impact your hairs, you are after transplant, but your body probably want calcium like crazy. so i will try cysteine instead of vitamin d, which can cause calcification and your transplantation will be not good. cystein actually is always recomended for hairs, nails etc.

ps 2. active vitamin d is this 1,25 converted from 25 oh

good luck!

Hey bro!
Thank u for your advice. Lately I have not been eating a lot of calcium coz I found out thought his years that im intolerant to lactose( i know calcium don't come just on dairy products but it's the easiest way. I saw the vitamin d and im thinking on starting taking that.
About the symptoms: I feel nervous voz of the situation, I can fall asleep but I always wake up to piss, and this never happened before. It's a new symptom, along with the pain in the testicles, prostate, genital area. That's the main reason I can't sleep, and I feel sad ( a long with 0 libido, and shrinking).
My mood is crap right now but I feel like is more on the situation itself ( I can still go to work).
Hair transplant right now I really don't care, I mean it's growing but yeah, what's the point if body doesn't work right?
I will give a shot 1st at vitamin d3, but my digestion is shit right now, I wonder if anything I take will be absorbed...
I'll look at what u send and come back to comment!
Thank u so much!
