@gbolduev during those 2 salt free months(June- July) i took massive amounts of thiamin-hcl... like 2000- 2500mg four times per day with meals (a total of 8000- 10.000mg/day), plus B2 about 100- 200mg per day, and B7 about 5000- 10.000mcg per day and also ascorbic acid about 3g per day, plus taurine(2- 4g per day), plus beta alanine (10g/day), plus creatine(5- 10g per day), plus glutamine (20g/day), plus free form EssentialAminos(abbout 20- 30g per day, plus citruline malate (5- 10g per day), plus malic acid (3g per day), very low copper (maybe like 0.2mg probably much lower)... i also took shit loads of dextrose and maltodextrine powder(aka carbs) during and after training to try to get in enough carbs to support energy and recovery, (about 100- 150g during training and 100g right after training),i needed about 700- 800g of carbs per day but I could not get it in just from food, this is why I supplemented with carb powder

the SCIO scan(i did the scan to see whats going on in august, right after my heart began pounding like crazy during the day and beat extremely slowly and weakly during darkness/night) showed low:
potassium zinc, iron, magnesium (the only mineral it did not test was sodium)vitamin C,
beta caroten anb vitamin A, CoQ10, B1, B2, B7, (funny how it showed im low in the same vitamins I actually mega dosed, this could mean that synthetic vitamins deplete the same vitamins, i could be wrong here)

Showed extremely high arsenic and lead(double over the 'normal' high) and fairly high antimony, cadmium close to the ''normal'' high

Also showed:
- extremely high Tryptophan (normal high is 3709 and I had 5793)
- little high Threonine (ref is 0.422 - 0.817, i had 934)
- little high Leucine (ref is 2.073 - 4.579, i had 5,091)
- fairly high valine (ref is 2.012 - 4.892, i had 6,420)
- fairly high histidine (ref is 2.903 - 4.012, i had 5,021)
- borderline high Arginine (ref is 0.710 - 1.209, I had 1,254)

I also did blood electrolyte test at the same day with SCIO scan and showed serum:
chloride: 102.8 (ref is 98 - 106)
phosphor: 3.65 (ref is 2.5 - 4.5)
magnesium: 2.48 (ref is 1.6 - 2.6)
potassium: 6.03 (ref is 3.3 - 5.1) [this was marked as high]
sodium: 140 (ref is 136 - 145)
ionic calcium: 4.3 (ref is 3.82 - 4.82)
serum calcium: 10.24 (ref os 8.6- 10) [this was also marked as high]
total seric protein: 7.8 (ref is 6.6 - 8.7)

whit this new info, how did this affect my biochemistry, was the cause of my crash this supplements regimen? before taking these supplements I was decently healthy and and extremely fit....

@gbolduev I am hard dry fasting(no touching drinking food and fluids/water, only air goes into my body), I am at 40 hours mark(almost 2 days)... what do you think? should I continue? should I walk around or just rest and lay in bad 24/7? How should I brake the fast?

What do you think about the above info? Does this help to further diagnose my current situation?

@Legna88 don't take me wrong, but in case you didn't notice, I think you are doing things on your own. Why do you start doing random things and expect @gbolduev to answer you?

All those things you are reading are very interesting indeed, but, in my opinion, they are confusing you even more. And I understand you, man, seriously. I am like you, I do the same. Because we want to get better so badly, so we are always seeking for different solutions for our problems.
But, at the same time, you have to be aware and realize that it can also backfire your healing and stress you more, since you are always changing things and never fully commit to something.

Why are you dry fasting? What's your goal with it? Ask yourself, please.

I mean, why not just give a try the Electrolyte Protocol? Or, if you want, adapt it for yourself and see what works better for you? Then share your experience and knowledge.

Your situation is making me sad. I mean, why not just give a try the Electrolyte Protocol? Or, if you want, adapt it for yourself and see what works better for you? Then share your experience and knowledge.

@Latapy according to @gbolduev and many-many experienced dry fasters and fasters in general, dry fasting is the ultimate way to heal because it heals mutations inherited from birth... he(gbold) did it 3 times for 20 days each time. 20 days is no joke without eating/drinking and not touching water/fluids. Anybody doing 20 days DF earns respect from my point of view.

1 day of dry fast = 3 days water fast... and after a few days of DF each day becomes = 5- 6 days of water fast.

@Legna88 Dry fasting is powerful, it is used more for cancer. Since dry fasting puts you into very toxic mode with ammonia and stuff, and this kills stuff. Normal fasting with water is more anti mutation. Since it can be done for long periods of time

Yeah, I've read about it. So, you know what it does... But the question is, do you know how to do it? If not, why are you doing it? Otherwise you wouldn't be asking @gbolduev advice. You should ask for help/advice before starting doing it, in my opinion. And if yes... continue doing it...?

It's all fine. But I think it is still important to ask yourself when you start doing something.
