Good day and thanks a lot to all people for your time and knowledge.

Male, 26 y.o. Height 176 cm / 5 ft 9. Weight 56 kg / 123 lbs.
Undereating, over-exercising, dieting.
Its 4 lows on ARL chart so they recommend paramin overdose and limcomin. I tolerate it well but is it safe to use such big doses of calcium? 1750 mg.
Do you recommend to switch to TEI or stick with this?

Any advice is welcome.

I was sport kid since childhood, and then weightlifting since high school. Stopped gym after panic attack > derealisation (2 weeks after Accutane).
Half year later dr/dp went away. But acne began to return.

I simply did not eat enough since then, because I was afraid of eating a lot of food(acne) and did not listen to the feeling of hunger and tried to suppress it.
After that, slowly, all the symptoms began to appear more and more (dry skin, fatigue, dry eyes, decreasing libido, tinnitus, bad wound healing, muscle pain after long walk, and dr/dp came back).

I am on a program since first hairtest.

-Tei might be a great idea, or ARL may be better - with more detox, or even long water fasting. So many foods give you acne or is this just a fear? it kind of sounds like when I was scared to gain weight... after becoming athletic 16-18yrs age... and then for years undereating (tho it logically was not needed, as I never gained that kind of weight again, outside of 2 meds, and barely, and not long lasting). I took accutane, effexor, and fin... it was a bitch for sure. --BUT I don't think I ever had serious acne again outside of like chain smoking (shortly lived, only bc of stressful situations), or when I first started ADD medicine. --Barely, like one pimple here and there (usually still gets to me), but nothing like that pimple riddled kid of days past (pre accutane).

@PureLights if you've done the ARL test, the you might as well do the full program, and take their suggestions supplements. Keep us updated on your progress! There was one guy did really well on ARL, I think he may have even fully recovered, but I can't remember the user's name

I'm PAS too, and I'm also in the 4 lows (on my last hair test from 12 months ago). I sent off another test last week (TEI), so I should get the results next week hopefully.

Your sups suggestions include 3500mg of boron?

@tanedout cool man! I saw your hair test. It will be interesting to see next one.

Boron is in Paramin (ARL supplement) with calcium, magnesium and D3.
