why manganese can cause Parkinson’s? It raises insulin that the body becomes insensitive to.

Which is why the production of coq10 is so big as it uses up Mn.

Methylglyoxal is a toxic form of sugar that the body can’t handle. And we need to recycle and produce cysteine to control MG. Coq10 helps this happen.

We do need constant b6 activation to get to cysteine and in order to do so we need to produce R5P in glycolysis. R5P=fmn which activates b6.

We produce R5P with the help of things like calcium chromium vanadium chloride sodium anddddd glucose itself. Glucose is good guy if used correctly. Excess magnesium depletes R5P, and puts demand on calcium. Calcium helps body use iodine selenium got thyroid to help body use the cysteine produced by R5P.

This is biggest piece in my case. Getting to R5P in glycolysis to keep b6 active for cysteine/ coq10. And when there’s enough cysteine (carbon) available? What does carbon border on the periodic table? Boron.

That’s why I have the high boron we talked about. When fmn is working boron drops, and testosterone comes up. Excess boron depletes total testosterone.

Let me understand things like NAC are hypoxic because they increase CO2 saturation and make you breathe less if this CO2 does not come out ?
