Omega 3

Is this a viable solution to not only helping ED, but reducing hair loss?

Omega 3 increases pge1
Caverject(pge1) injected into the penis is one of the strongest ED meds available
PGE1 is lower in balding areas of the scalp

Omega 3 reduces pgf2
PGF2 is higher in balding areas

Apparently too high of Omega 6s will reduces the effectiveness of Omega 3. Ideally you want a 1:1 ratio.

The Zone book was very prevalent at one point; pointing out the immense role of "Eicosanoids" as a "Master Hormone" and reproductive regulator.
While this is clearly relevant, it also begs a bigger question as to whether Androgens etc work primarily through that pathway, rather than simply "nuclear regulation" which may in all effect end up with the process of modifying prostaglandins (which are Eicosanoids).

Fuck, serious @TubZy. I know you recovered and it wasn't permanent (the fish oil thing). So many reasons I used to take fish oil (not since fasting and crash before that).
Memory, ADD, joints, hair, skin, etc.

I actually used to take it Pre fin for my joints. TBH, I never noticed much of a difference from it. I do remember mega dosing it and my skin felt very soft, but caused massive fatigue. I believe it can also suppress immune system, at least according to RPF.

@TubZy and @Area-1255 So you had zero memory improvement, focus improvement, or mood improvement on Omegas/Fish oil?
Not even a subtle improvement? Nice skin is good too, I think it did help me there. I think it helped knee pain (cartilage problems and running/weights injuries I had), at least a bit. It's really hard to tell for sure. Supposedly it's essential for ADD. Some people on Amazon claim it cured them of mood disorders and ADD... and this and that. I find those claims highly spurious and never expected that... but still. They possibly never had an issue to begin with. I can't recall the specifics... high EPA, Omega 3: Omega 6 ratio, etc.

The effects of caffeine and aspirin on mood and performance.

Abstract

Caffeine, in addition to being a food constituent, is also a common analgesic adjuvant that is used in combination with aspirin in certain over-the-counter preparations. Caffeine has previously been shown to significantly improve certain aspects of human performance, particularly sustained vigilance, when administered in low and moderate doses (32 to 256 mg). We therefore attempted to determine whether caffeine, in the dose (64 mg) found in some over-the-counter drugs, retains this beneficial property when combined with aspirin. We also measured self-reported mood state, using various standardized questionnaires, since caffeine has been reported to have both beneficial and adverse effects on alertness and anxiety. We observed that caffeine (64 mg), when added to aspirin (800 mg), significantly improves vigilance performance and increases self-reported efficiency when compared with either placebo or aspirin alone. As previously reported, this caffeine dose alone significantly increased vigilance and decreased reaction time. No adverse effects of caffeine were detected on any of the parameters that were assessed. This study therefore demonstrated that the addition of caffeine to aspirin, in a dose commonly employed in over-the-counter drugs, has significant beneficial consequences with respect to mood and performance.

A lot of those bodybuilding guys use ECA - Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin as a cutting stack.
Ephedrine is child's play to me and too stimulating of the peripheral nervous system (in and out of my current state).

fish oil from what i read can be really good for TBI but gotta get a source as it oxidezes if it's shitty quality. also astaxanthin is a poten 5ar inhibitor found in super high quantities in krill oil. I used to take krill oil too cuz i thought it would be good for brain health. only noticed good things tho when i used to take it
