Ok thought I would go with a log of what I am doing just to keep a track on everything.

Problems
Copper toxicity serum 23umol/L normal range 5-15
Low ferritin
Low libido in fact almost none
Ongoing hormonal imbalance caused by contraceptive pill and SSRI's years ago but I think still relevant.
Obesity, figure if I can work the other stuff out weight loss will happen and it already has.
Stress overreaction due to copper and low adrenals
joint pain, left lymph node on neck swollen on and off for a year now muscle pain and fatigue at times.
fluid retention
liver pain ongoing ? fatty liver ? damage to bile ducts when I had my gallbladder out, wish I had never done it and wish I knew what I know now.
Female pattern baldness,
Reynauds syndrome

Height 158 cm
Weight before starting here 134Kgs

Plan
Vitamin C 3000mg/day antioxidant and to bind copper

Malic Acid 2400mg/day for muscle soreness and digestion

Ox bile with meals due to no gallbladder

enzymes for digestion and sometimes betaine HCL

Inositol and Choline along with sunflower lecithin for fat in liver and anxiety and sleep

selenium and iodine for thyroid

Cranberry for liver pain and antioxidants

L-lysine for digestion and viruses,

Vitamin D 5000 IU and vitamin K2 700 mg and boron for vitamin D deficiency and to lay down calcium in bone.
B vitamins from bee pollen, nutritional yeast and liver.
Chromium for sugar control

Propolis for candida

Garlic for heart health, candida and blood pressure.
Zinc as tolerated to mobilise copper for removal with manganese. Need to get higher dose manganase

herbs

Ashwaghanda for anxiety and general health

Cats claw for arthirits, DNA repair and immunity as well as bringing down platelet count.

Curcumin antioxidant and biofilm disrupter

Olive leaf extract for candida and parasites

Diatomaceous earth for candida and parasites.

Plan

lemon juice with EVOO in the morning for mixed tocopherols and liver cleansing

MCT oil for biofilms

Diet I can tolerate is 25% carbs, 25% protein and 50% fat could not do what the lab said High protein gave me symptoms of excess ammonia, too low carb and stress levels go up.
Eating mostly meat and veg with some berries pus olive oil and MCT oil.
Have started 10 minute walks each day to improve oxygen, seeing how I go as last time I did this I got shin splints. Hoping to get a rebounder instead but have to wait for child to move out so I can grab the room.

What I have done so far.

Did 3 day fast had liver pain and migraine headache, Think I gave up too soon but also think I need to get to the bottom of the liver pain which could be due to fatty liver ( fatty liver usually causes no pain but if the liver gets enlarged enough it will put pressure on other organs and cause pain) or possibly stones, or damage done when I had the gallbladder op as it has been ongoing. Seeing the Dr on the 19th

Post fast horrible metallic taste in mouth lingered for days, commenced eating but not a lot however noticed odema in left ankle had gone down and lost 5kgs
Did a liver flush this weekend passed lots of stones, weighed in at 125.5 kgs today was a bit shocked as I weighed myself Thursday night and I was 129kgs, however thinking that I will put some on due to filling up my tummy again. Will see how I feel in the next few days post flush but so far metallic taste has lessened and my BP when into the normal range for the first time in a while.
Hoping to do another liver flush in two weeks. Going to do short fasts each weekend. Seems I am OK as long as I don't reach ketosis as I get liver pain hopefully this will get better each time and hopefully will find out what the issue is.

herbs

Ashwaghanda for anxiety and general health

Olive leaf extract for candida and parasites

Diatomaceous earth for candida and parasites.

Ashwaganda and other herbs can be rotated according to cdsnuts. I made a topic about the herbs he adivses, but looking at the info for females.
I like curcumin and olive leaf especially. I don't know if milkthistle is good or not for your case....

Cautious with Diat. E., it can persorb for some people. I don't know the signs... Otherwise i think it is wonderful, it does me good with gas or bloating.

@Canari yes will be careful with the DE only plan to use it as part of a parasite cleanse. I will check out the herb rotation, as for milk thistle will probably give it a miss for a while and take dandelion instead.
Well the scales were wrong something caught on one of the feet and put the weight out. Still down 1 kgs so that is good, but the good thing is that I feel much better today less liver pain. So I am wondering if it is stones. I was looking at other peoples experience of liver pain and one lady described sharp pains similar to mine post gallbladder surgery and it turned out to be stones. Only pain I have had today is when I forgot to take ox bile with a meal with fat in it. Wrote this yesterday but could not post because internet is at snails pace around here.

Figured my hair test recommendations are wrong. My potassium is 1 which if I read right is below 4 which means I am sympathetic dominant not parasympathetic dominant. Looked it up on Wilson's site and another and I fit the sympathetic dominance profile more. Hence why intensive exercise is not good for me. No HIIT or using weights to failure sends my cortisol up and difficult to bring it down. Walking is good and I am thinking rebounding would be OK too if gentle.
Feeling good 2 days post liver flush. Had some liver pain with breakfast still have problems with fats have upped my intake of ox bile to cope with it and also enzymes. Otherwise in between liver pain is negligible and much better since flush. BP has remained in normal levels, Have also been doing hydrotherapy and cryotherapy to help with stress and anxiety and to increase brown fat for energy.
Did the Ragland's sign this afternoon and my BP rose by 2mm. Also did the light test and my pupils fluctuated around 10-12 seconds. Which means I have fair adrenal function. So whatever I am doing is working from low adrenals from hair test.

One can alternate symp and para-s states. I guess you have looked at the image of the 2 systems I posted?
In symp states we have rapid heart, anxiety fear and anger can be present... Depression and feeling numb comes from para-s coming in as a sort of freeze response. But this para-s comes covering and stopping a full active symp below!
The difference is that the nice rest and digest state is another type of para-s, without the underlying activation. Nowadays not that many people have fluid alternance between waves of symp and para-s. We all have much caught activation that is increasing like water behind a dam!

Logic, if they removed your bladder from stones, well you can still make stones in your liver.... For me the morning mix of citric juice with olive oil works and I still postpone the liver flush!

Just have questions at the moment. OK blood pressure came down after liver flush. My eating has not been good in that while I have been eating good food I have been eating well under maintenance about a 1000 cals. According to the CICO theory I should be losing weight but have stayed the same since the flush and fast. Was feeling stressed last night and took a magnesium 300mg which has left me feeling lousy. Big mistake! my BP dipped at 97/65 this afternoon last week it was 150/100 was hoping I was getting better and that fasting would help which I guess it would if I did it long term. Have dizziness not surprisingly. We have a rental house inspection so I have been "pushing through" to try and get it ready. So thinking I should maybe try to eat at least my RMR and do liver flushes and then do a long fast when my liver is optimal. Any ideas opinions would be appreciated.

You are talking about having had some stress, that's it? This affects cortisol, but the global thing that is affected is the nervous system, and its ability to rest after a period of activation. We should have some resilience to go up and down in waves, between activity and rest. What we humans do, is to stay up too long and then HAVE to stay down too long. We do go "up" when needed (if not crashed and no more able to, I mean this is automatic process of our bodies), but the difficult part we do not think about is the need to go down before going up again. That is how we loose resilience.

I woudl suggest you to do some short regular pauses during the day. Actually, this is the best part of smoking, smokers make pauses... My suggestion is to pause short times often, by looking around you for what you like, or look for all the blues, or all the greens. Look for what you like best around and make a podium of the 3 winners! If you do this and at the same time notice your body sensation and the changes, it is very simple but powerful.... Also use other senses. Look with your ears, and notice that suddenly you notice there are bees buzzing or that you did not hear the birds and now yes! Also you can use smell. And when you notice something by chance, that you like, stop and take time to tell yourself it is good to you, and how you know, from your body sensation, that you like it, and if it has an effect. Please think about noticing the contact with the ground, like feet and butt, and how good it is to be supported. Sometimes you will feel not enough supported, as if "in the air". Just notice and notice changes according to what you pay attention to.

It is very powerful, and sorry for the many concentrated details, details counts in this. No forcing, doing it pleasantly. The more often the better, even short. We need to disconnect often and were not told to do it. We were told to pay attention more than we could, at school for example, because courses are in groups.

@Canari I get what you are saying "take time to smell the roses" and use mindfulness, which is great advice as it is something that I do not do enough of. I am very thankful for this forum I worked out what caused my BP to drop, came across a post where @gbolduev said that high vitamin D tanks potassium. I was taking high vitamin D as per Dr's orders. I took salt to bring my BP up but only felt better when I had some mineral water that had potassium.

Shelly, whatever gets better, this is more than mindfulness that I was telling about. It helps the body to decide reestablishing more resilience. It looks nothing but it helps, and I ALSO do not do it neough, but we all should remember it! Because of my sig, all changes! And we want to facilitate change to come back to balance.

Then I have low BP and low vitD and low K and enough Ca.... so I also dropped the idea of taking any vit D.... Your body and my body, both have wisely decided to lower vit D, I dunno how, but they did. Not messing up all this with our thinking mind, but using our thinking mind to help, is also at the root of those little felt-sense exercises... little by little but it is a must! We must cherish and help the inner wise that regulates us from the inside!

Well my thyroid has come back OK no hashimotos so that is good. I had A liver ultrasound today and I do have a tender spot but there was nothing on the ultrasound except that my liver is enlarged. So I am hoping that by doing high dose vitamin C and sunflower lecithin might help. My tissue iron and copper were on the high side and my serum copper was high but my iron is low on blood test which usually indicates some infection. Hoping I can turn things around but really can't fast until I get my liver right as I can't detox properly. Going to do another liver flush this weekend as it helped with the pain. Also we have been doing lot's of cleaning for our house inspection, we had to use some chemicals as the mold was really bad, so think that toxins have built up again as I have gained fluid weight. Will have to see how my liver bloods go.

Sorry have been away a while. I did a titration to bowel tolerance of vitamin C ended up taking 70gms of vitamin C. So did the high vitamin C for a while then tapered off. I noticed a real difference in adrenal function and reaction to stress. My sargents test has gone down from over a minute to 25 seconds.

The full report from the Dr on the liver ultrasound showed that I had an extra lobe but nothing else. I decided that fasting is the best way as I just can't lose weight without fasting even being 1000 cals in deficit made no difference. So I started a fast 9 days ago determined to keep on with it. I had pain again getting steadily worse one night it was excruciating and I was ready to give up but did Dr google and found my symptoms were that of an ulcer. So where the pain is I am guessing a duodenal ulcer. Did not want to go on meds and I think they do more harm than good. So took slippery elm and have been drinking bone broth. Found a site that said the 52% of ulcers are caused by candida overgrowth. Candida thrives on ketones. So since adding natural antifungals into the mix I have been doing a lot better.
