Ive been testing how different supps make me feel and heres what i got.
B1+B6(100mg both minimum dose) lower doses make me feel great but higher ones give me anxiety and make me shaky, really vivid dreams, i feel like im stepping on a gas pedal without any gas in the tank. I think most of the negatives come from b6 as it may be too much in the synthetic form, could explain why when i take supps in a combo i dont get much negatives from this.
B2-Higher or lower doses doesnt matter, im convinced that b2 is one of the most important supps to take on a regular basis. Mood is great, anxiety is 0...Best way i can explain it is if i were in a video game, b2 would be an all stats up potion.
NaCl-First thing i noticed is a deeper more relaxed voice secondly my face and hands get swolen with water, i look like i havent slept much that night. Other than that i get this weird calmness and a bit of spaciousness. Makes me relaxed, joints are feeling much more flexible and better.
Baking soda-opposite of NaCl. Drains all water from face and hands, i suspect its the chloride thats making me hold on to that water and not sodium.
Kcl-Oh boy does potassium make me feel good. No anxiety no problems, great digestion, feeling alpha, great strenght.
Nacl pumps my muscles up and makes them bugger while Kcl makes me stronger, it just gives me the will power to push more.
MgCl-great for sleep calms me down.
Selenium-high doses give me detox reactions but it lifts up my energy.
Methylcobalmin and active folate-slows down heart rate, weirdly enough it also makes me sleepy. Its the only thing that helps with tachycardia when laying down.
So with that, this is my protocol for the next 30 days or so. Im mostly trying to fix slow oxidizer problems and lift metabolism up
