iron, Vitamin D and copper for slow. And active Bs? I thought Eck / Watson didnt do active vitamins

How do you know its from Eck ?

what? I said this is from watson. Who started the mineral balancing, from his book

Eck and Watts, continued on this research that is how ARL was started.

but they did change the approach drastically, as you can see

may be Watson was more into substituting minerals in blood

Fast Oxidizer Diet – Jeremy E. Kaslow, M.D.

this guy copied it from his book

ARL and TEI were based on the work of this guy. Watson, whose program this is.

Notice that he is giving copper to slow oxidizer and zinc to fast oxidizer.

I don't know why TEI and ARL changed it all, I guess they tested it,

but still interesting to see this version.

Which exact book do you refer to ?

Maybe i have it. :)

Lets see if this Kaslow MD is cheating.

I tried this protocol sometime last year as per @Helen’s advice. I felt like shit during and after. I think the updated protocol that revolves around copper is better suited for most true fast oxidizers.
