Already got a plan in mind?

trying to get a hold of gbol at the moment to try and figure out dosage/timing etc...what else is new lol....

Based on what happened to aztec I would say refrain from taking it at night.

What is interesting is that ella also causes high adrenaline like symptoms in some people but doesn't block cortisol like RU does, so wonder why it does it

hmm well if progesterone can convert into cortisol and taking something that can activate said prog receptors maybe there is still a way to activate the HPA and cort/ adrenaline through some different mechanism.

At this point, wouldn't it be smarter to wait gbold's update from his new descovered studies?

Also wanted to update over the past week or so I have been experimenting with minerals and I felt like shit on everything except zinc and copper (optizinc) together which increases my libido even further and also increased my hair shedding which seems to mean it is working.

However, when I take zinc alone or copper alone I feel like complete crap and both of them kill my libido and energy. Also tried the zinc and manganese combo and same outcome, I felt crappy. So the combo of zinc and copper is actually helping.

What dosage of zinc and copper are you using? TubZy

Optizinc by now. I think it is 30mg and 300mcg

DHT in brain creates adrenaline. I have had low cathecolamines since pfs.

@TubZy did RU imrpove libido to this date? how is ur libido?

Yes it helped cortisol issues I had. Fasting helped that too. As mentioned in the log here at a certain point I felt completely cured for like two days.

I'm feeling better to date, I'm just experimenting with a bunch of stuff that gbol wants me to try (whether it works or not). Once I do some more trialling I will post what helped and what didn't. Until then I would say the thread in my signature is a good source to go from for now.

okay thanks man, sorry to be so specific but although you felt cured for two days did you like crash afterwards? would you say that your libido before EVER taking RU was way worse than now after RU? did it help in penis pleasure whats so ever? Please reply thanks @TubZy

So @TubZy - are you still taking zinc, copper together as you experiment with aminos? Zinc, copper balance I feel can be everything for some people.

Only medical doctor to proclaim beating PFS on Propeciahelp was JN (10 year case) who says- "clear pathogens, correct zinc/copper ratio and you heal from this."

No crash at all, I mean there is a snap back phase where depending on dose and how long you are on ella/RU you can feel worse for a day or two when coming off since potassium is tanked then you feel better. It's not like a crash type feeling you just feel a little worse. It doesn't happen with everyone though.

It helped my libido afterwards. The only thing is afterwards and during I felt a rise in adrenaline which gbol and I think is due to estrogen now, since prog drops. so another possible experiment is RU + letrozole, this is just a theory since fin raises progesterone and increases estrogen while you are on it. By doing RU and letrozole you will be doing the opposite of what fin did, like lowering progesterone and lowering estrogen.

Zinc is very tricky in almost all cases, taking zinc for me makes me feel like complete shit in every area. However when I take copper and zinc I feel OK, but when I take copper with potassium, magnesium, histidine, cysteine I feel much better and my libido and erections/sensitivity are super high. If I just take copper alone with no potassium my metabolism and digestion goes to shit and I feel like crap.

Interesting.

I was working with the copper, mag, histidine, potassium, no cysteine (but NAC and Calcium D-Glucarate) which crashed me.

Zinc carnosine last night and this morning woke me up. Just shows how we are all different. Adding one sup at a time now.

Just wanted to give an update. I basically have been doing the Protocol & Guide for Improved Health over the past week. It was easy for me since I already had most of the stuff from zinc finger protocol so decided to give it a try.

I'm pretty much following the exact protocol. I started off taking 8 capsules of betaine HCL per meal (with whey protein), 500mg potassium chloride/mag chloride, 1 capsule platinum EAA (or really any EAA should work), 2 tablets of biozyme.

I actually felt effects from the first day but after the third day I had to bump it down because my stomach was starting to get super warm a bit from the HCL. I basically just kept tapering it down every few days until I landed of about 4 capsules right now with each meal and my stomach feels fine now consistently.

My skin/hair and libido and everything feels great on this so far, I actually can handle gelatin now too, which I couldn't in the past, I would get a headache and libido would drop/stomach bloated. My sleep is super deep now too. The only thing I'm missing is a multi, I tried adding in a shitty generic multi vitamin and I felt a bit worse on it so I stopped it and the next day I felt very good again. @gbolduev says to use a whole foods one, so I will add that in when I get it.

I want to emphasize that taking everything together is needed. For example, I forgot to take electrolytes one day with it and I felt completely different (temps went down, felt cold etc.) so if you try it please take everything together at the same time. I'm doing it with each meal.

Just like others that have tried it so far I had some water retention left and this completely fixed it which is why I assume my skin looks great again. I would highly suggest try this, it is super easy and cheap, covers many areas too (e.g protein deficiency).

So to recap, this is what I take with each high protein meal (usually whey protein or egg whites):
 • 4 capsules betaine HCL (using bulk powder supplement and capping them myself, but looking to switch to quantum capsules or Dr. Clark's since they have no stearates)
 • 2 tablets digestive enzymes (biozyme)
 • 500mg potassium chloride (NOW powder)
 • 250mg-500mg mag chloride
 • 1 capsule platinum EAA (or any EAA supplement)
Planning to add in whole food multi (nutriplex). If it feel like crap on it, I will just continue without it.

For me the only difference in this protocol compared to zinc finger is the higher dose betaine HCL ( I only used 500mg on zinc finger), the addition of digestive enzymes directly (biozyme), and taking out histidine/cysteine directly and using a full EAA supplement instead. It feels like zinc finger but just better.
