I am going to try aloe juice.
I think olive leaf is good too.
Taking bitters might be a better idea than taking acids.
Fasting is sure good lol but needs even more care for coming out.
Dont ask me about eating pepper or chili!
My actual diet of 100% animal food suits at least my stomach and guts... My purse and my mouth are less happy...
lol I have never been over 5 months looking pregnant!

Yeah I was planning on doing a long fast but im afraid of the time when it comes to break the fast.
Im going to do probiotic enemas soon. I have got KPRF wich is basically cheek redness and the redness is connected to stomach inflammation,
so I can see how starches and fibers inflame me, the least red they have ever been was when I did starch and fiber free, I then ate just meats and eggs,
this was before I knew about the carnivore diet, but the redness was almost gone when I did that, and then I ate kebab and the next morning the redness was back
and I could not figure out why, it was only meat I had eaten! but I've now realized that those proccesed meats usually contains other stuff to like gluten wich might be the reason my gut reacted.

I'm going to do the carnivour diet again and try to skip acidic foods/drinks, and make sure everything acid I take i do in capsule form, I've tried to open up HCL capsules and pour it in water but this causes bloating like hell but to swallow the capsules doesnt, guess its easier on the gut lining.

There's a new website called Meat Heals where people have posted their experiances with meat only diets, so many people have healed their autoimmune conditions, check it out if you havent already. sorry for the ramble

Ho you tried it before! For me it seems to work. Some betaine hcl is enteric coated.
I have done a topic on animal food diet. We can share there...
Thanks for the link!

@TubZy I've been taking Betaine and Amino Acids for a week now and really noticed a notable improvement with brain fog almost instantly, however I have been fatigued and today noticed that my fatigue started almost as soon as I took my supplements with eggs in the morning, could this be because I haven't added the electrolytes to the protocol yet?
I wonder if blood glucose drop could also explain the fatigue... The increase of insulin levels because of the available protein which will lead to a blood sugar drop.
I can imagine if a person has been not digesting protein well for a long time (and maybe even maintaining the same amount of carbohydrates), the moment it starts digesting it, I suppose all those available aminos will cause more insulin secretion and, so, blood sugar drop. Also, supplementing amino acids would increase even more the insulin secretion.

Does this make sense?

The only way to really confirm this would be with a blood glucose meter. I don't have one though, because my neuroticism is already high. So, even though I have lots of curiosity, I never wanted to get one, because I can only imagine me checking them, would make myself stress even more. But, if someone is comfortable, not anxious and confident about it, perhaps it could help to answer this.

You could try it, I don't have a glucose meter either, but one of the most common issues is that when when people start the electrolyte protocol that don't eat enough since they don't realize that the HCL and enzymes are increasing the uptake greatly so blood glucose dropping defintely could be related. and the other common issue is overdoing it on magnesium.

I would like to know what you guys thing about hydrochloric acid in 3,5% concentration instead of betaine HCL? Some people are using it diluted in water before and after meals. It is much cheaper alternative than betaine in capsules and it should be very effective..

Yeah, definitely. As my n=1, I've noticed protein can definitely make me feel lethargic and without energy. A piece of fruit usually lifts up my energy almost right away. BUT, I could be upping my adrenaline/cortisol(?) here though, dunno... That's why perhaps by measuring glucose levels, one would be able to confirm this.

It seems to be a pattern. I am also one of those people that react bad to magnesium. Completely makes me feel really awful. It seems like kryptonite. Maybe finding the right dosage or balancing it with other minerals is the key... or not taking it all, lol.

Here's my hair test results. How do I find if I'm a fast or slow oxidizer, and what do I do with that information when I know it. Other than the obvious mineral deficiencies (mag, cal) are there any clues that this gives? Is there a better place to post this?

If my Betaine HCL capsules contain Stearites, can I just open the capsule and take the contents of it? I bought these before I knew to avoid the stearites.

Here is some good information on interpreting your results Hair test interpretation and mineral ratios
According to that you would be a fast oxidizer. There is a section of the forum for posting lab results. You might get more help by creating a new thread there dedicated to your own information.

Guyssssssssssss

I'm planning on going on a short fast in a few days. Should I not take the protocol while I'm on the fast? (Currently electrolytes, zinc copper, histidine cysteine etc) It's helped me quite a bit over the past 5 or so weeks since I started- semen quality in particular has taken a huge +++ though still not 100% lol.

Take nothing on a water fast except maybe some himalayan pink salt for electrolytes. Or as close to nothing as you can.
In short: Take nothing.

Guys what you think about Potassium iodide/potassium iodate in sea salt which I am using? Should I buy sea salt without iodine?

@Yura i bought a liquid five liter 10% HCL ... i add 5- 10 drops in 125- 250ml distilled water and drink half during meal and half right after meal... some people use 35% HCL, same protocol LOL.. im not that hard core

re: salt.. I would only buy sun driet grey wet celtic sea salt. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Guerandais...F8&qid=1521308011&sr=8-9&keywords=celtic+salt

I am on 15 (3,5-4%)drops in 50ml of water before and after meal. 3 meals a day. I will not using high doses. I don't want damage my throat or esophagus.. Distilled water would work better for sure. My tap water is very hard.. But it does not matter. If I need stronger. I will just add more HCL..

I don't know what the chemical reaction of HCL and hard tap water is. I was thinking that some of the HCL will be "lost" during reaction process with alkaline minerals or?
