Mine is 80bpm, I thought it would go way down on a long fast, but even after 54days, it stayed at ~80pm.
Even during the fast?
Do you feel a clear difference of rhythm between inhale and exhale?
What is interesting there is heart rate variability.
I had less than 60 as a child, at 7-8 years old... shy, the prototype of parasympathetic dominant child!About 50. Athletes (who do some type of cardiovascular training) always have lower HR. It's a result of bigger stroke volumes due to either enhanced diastolic volume or left ventricular hypertrophy.
Yeah mines about 46 too. I play tennis 3-5x a week, i think thats why. If i dont do cardio and eat a lot it goes up to 60 or soWhat is your resting heart rate? I just took mine and it's 46.

Holy shyt! You're super athletic though. Mine's probably twice that even when skinny/ fairly lean. Probably higher in current state but lower than it was at my worst state. What is it now after your fast and refeed, Nina?
I'll test. 80. Usually higher or lower. Goes up and down a lot. My regular pacing back and forth is faster than most people's speed-walking.
I'm fit usually... not super fit. But I'm a "stress case".
Mine was probably higher when I was anxiety-ridden in my teens and early 20's. And when I was on a lot of different things (substances, by accident).
