Been getting pretty ripped these past few weeks. My r-andro cycle majorly boosted muscle gains that continue to grow, and i'm sure igf-lr3 is playing a major role as well. Since my fat digestion/retention isn't great, this is probably the most cut i've ever been lol. Silver lining, I guess. I'd still rather have my subcutaneous face fat/collagen, though.

BUT, after adding in ox bile, TUDCA, and MCT oil to my regimen there has been less fat in my stools. Only been using them with meals for a few days now, but already seeing improvements in digestion. Could be a game changer :)

Haven't done this in awhile, I guess I should update:

Anxiety: 7
Depression: 6
Energy: 6
Brain fog: 6
ED: 4
Libido: 2
Strength: 7
Muscle Wastage: 7
Sleep: 5
Digestion: 5
Genital shrinkage: 5
Testicular atrophy: 5

New/worsening symptoms:

Joint pain (popping and "crackling" joints and connective tissue)
Pain in teeth + receding gums
tinnitus at times

Been back on the electrolyte protocol for the past two days as well, and it has me feeling pretty good. This is my third go at it, but past two times I seemed to feel noticeably better the first 3 days or so before feeling depressed and fatigued after that. Starting slowly this time to try to strike the right balance:

Every meal:
860mg betaine HCl
Biozyme

Breakfast/Dinner:
Aminos
200mg KCl

Lunch only:
200mg MgCl

Hey @Niles, what are you doing differently this time, w.r.t. the electrolyte protocol?. Just the dosing and the timing of taking things? I am happy it's helping you and hope it continues to.

So I think I've worked out a new plan forward based on my hair test and my practitioners suggestions. Here's the pre-alpha version:

Vitamin A: 1500mg 2x/day
Vitamin C: 1200mg 1x/day
Vitamin B6: 20mg 2x/day
Vitamin D3: 5000 IU 1x/day
Magnesium: 340mg 2x/day
Zinc: 16mg 2x/day
Copper: 1.5mg 2x/day
Manganese: 10mg 2x/day
Calcium: 500mg 2x/day
Boron: 1mg 2x/day
Taurine: 1g 2x/day
L-Tyrosine: 500mg 2x/day
L-Glutamine: 1000mg 2x/day
NAC: 600mg 2x/day
Glutathione (reduced): 500mg 2x/day
TMG: 1g 2x/day
Blue Ice Royal Blend Fermented Cod Liver Oil + Concentrated Butter Oil: 2caps 1x/day
Fish Oil: 2200mg 2x/day
Methyl B-12 + Methyl Folate + B6: 1x/day
SAMe: 200mg 1x EOD
Niacinamide: 500mg 2x/day
Shilajit: Lost Empire suggested serving 1x/day
Schizandra: Lost Empire suggested serving 1x/day
Bentonite Clay: 2tsp 1x/day
EAAs: 1 serving 1x/day

With Meals:
Eidon Electrolytes: 1 suggested serving
Ox Bile: 500mg
TUDCA: 250mg
HCl: Play it by ear
Biozyme: 1 suggested serving
Artichoke Extract: 450mg

Diet is mainly chicken and veggies, with a heavy accent on spinach and kale. Red meat for dinner twice a week, and sweet potato as the only daily carb-rich food and only at dinner. Whey protein in daily smoothie and eggs instead of chicken for breakfast a couple days out of the week.

Heavy weight workout limited to 30min 2x/week, chest + arms on Monday and back + legs on Thursday. Body weight exercise at home ad hoc, according to energy level. My practitioner really doesn't want me being too physically active because of burnout, which sucks, but I'm gonna try to stick to this.

Coffee enemas daily, at first.

Meditation 10-20min 2x/day

Cold showers daily

1-2 liters of hydrogen-rich water daily (1-2 ppm)

Jiaogulan, Dandelion, Cistus Incanus, Ginger tea blend 2x/day

Holding off on liver flushes and just supporting liver health with ox bile, TUDCA, dandelion, artichoke, NAC, and coffee enemas for now. My reasoning being that my hair test shows I'm in at a pretty bad level of exhaustion/burnout, so I don't want to put any more stress on my body than is absolutely necessary.

I know that list of supplements looks like a lot, but most of the minerals + vitamins are coming from multi's, so I'm not taking fists-full of pills. Hoping to streamline the supplementation some more, but this is where I'm thinking I'll start.

Anyone got any feedback? I added the B vit's and SAMe based on @gbolduev 's comment elsewhere that adrenal burnout is really just deficiency in these. I'll just be trialling them at first, so they won't necessarily stay in the stack.

Hey Niles, from my perspective I don't have any feedback yet as I got my hair test fairly recently as well from ARL. I'm a fast oxidizer however and plan to start the exact regimen and supplements that ARL suggests. Targeting to start tomorrow, just waiting on one last supp. When I start to test this on myself I think I could give you some better feedback.

Thanks man, good luck! We'll be starting at roughly the same time, so it'll be interesting to compare progress.

Just a question to understand your mentality and approach to this shit...
If you are at a good point of recovery, wouldn't it be more safe to let things go on its own and see if you get there instead of trying supplements riscking to screw you up more?
Just a consideration, since I want some input for myself as well.
Thank you

No, been trying to get a hair test for a while, just like how it was always suggested here. It is the safest option here IMO in terms of trying something.

I have never screwed myself up worse permanently anyways, feel worse of course, but I just stop taking what ever I did that made me feel worse and about a week or two I'm back to baseline again, instead of freaking out and constantly playing on a seesaw of taking something else to counteract this or that blindly, just because my libido dropped or brain fog came back.

Then you get stuck in a vicious cycle, not good.

I can echo @TubZy here on this. When I mess myself up, I either just wait it out or fast for a day and I'm back to baseline. @gibson on solvepfs gave me that fasting idea for these kinds of situations. Works almost every time.

I think fasting helps my tissues and joints big times @Niles . I know you're skinny AF but have you done any type of fasting at all?

Maybe start increasing starchy carbs into your diet and try to put a few lbs on and do a 36 hour fast weekly and see how you feel. The 36 hour fasts were really something I dreaded initially but have become something I actually look forward to now.

@Niles
betain hcl and TMG is pretty much th same right ?

AFAIK, TMG is like betaine HCl minus the HCl. TMG by itself is used more for aiding methylation, while betaine HCl has the benefit of helping with low stomach acid. My tolerance of betaine HCl is all over the place, so planning to take TMG consistently and add in betaine HCl when I can.

Yeah, believe me, I would love to do a fast lol. Just struggling to get my weight up, and if I add too many carbs I tend to get brain fog. So for now just trying to eat clean and eat a lot, hoping that some mineral balancing will help my digestion/metabolism so that I can start putting on weight. Would it be worth it to do just one 24hr fast/week? I think I could handle that at my current weight.

Been feeling generally pretty good these past few days. The worst that I feel throughout the day is a weird energy dip around 10am and some light brain fog that comes and goes throughout the day. Libido and erections are obviously not normal, but they're there, which is very encouraging! Hard to say exactly, but I think the energy dip in the morning is maybe a minor detox reaction from my morning coffee enema. Tooth pain and gum recession that I had for a little over two weeks has now greatly subsided. The damage is done, but nothing that can't be dealt with once I beat PFS. Anyhow, the main difference in the past few days that may have contributed to this upswing is the addition of b vitamins, magnesium, calcium, zinc, manganese, and copper in amounts very close to what was recommended to me by my ARL practitioner.

Going to start hydrogen-rich water this evening, and also setting up an appointment with a highly-rated chiro/nutritionist who is, get this... in my insurance network! And literally within walking distance from me. Good vibes.

I got this guy: High-Rich Extra: Hydrogen Water Machine for Drinking and Inhaling

If all they claim is true, it should generate 1-2ppm hydrogen-rich water while pumping out the ozone and chlorine gas that could be created during the electrolysis process, maintaining the original ph of the source water. I've got all the reagents needed to test this, so I'm going to confirm whether or not it does what they claim. If so, awesome, but if not, gonna return it and use the test tube/bottle method with magnesium/acid.

Looks like a french press. How do you even use that thing? Sounds like a good idea though @Niles.
Actually looks like a vaporizer.
