Hi guys

Im going to try and keep this as short and sweet as possible - right now the future fills me with dread and Im hoping you guys may be able to provide me some help and direction

Im currently a patient under Professor Bouloux, latest diagnosis being an enlarged spleen, fatty liver and some sort of nodule on my thyroid.....

Started taking propecia for hairloss for 5 years (1mg a day)
Came off propecia after noticing a significant drop in sex drive and ED
During these 5 years I go from top performing sportsman to lazy and overweight and unmotivated
I breeze through university but then this new found fatigue causes me to take the easy options in life and walk away from my chosen career path
I also develop severe psoriasis during this period while on propecia
I literally go from top performing alpha male to rock bottom

I have been off propecia 5 years and somehow managing to exist with all these symptoms and just get by

I now
- Find it impossible to get up in the mornings my eyes sting and my body is so weak I can barely stand up without assistance
- Can not remember anything and have no concentration
- Can not play any sport as I am out of breath instantly and my body is so weak
- Can not train in the gym as I am then in pain for upto 7 days
- Have no regular digestive routine and am always constipated or diahorrea
- Never ever have morning wood
- Erections are weak and orgasm is almost non existent
- Testicles / penis have shrunk and always feel like they are trying to go inside
- Severe depression and feel like I have lost my personality

Having been to see a private endo he has done the attached tests and also recently and SST for Cortisol which came back normal

He is at a loss and seems completely unaware of any permanent damage caused by Propecia / Finasteride and says maybe I have ME which I feel is a complete cop out

Labs I have had done as follows

Total Protein 71 ( 60-80g/l)
Albumin 48 (35-50g/l)
Total Bilrubin 10 (0-21umol/l)
AST 20 (0-37IU/L)
ALT 28 (10-41IU/L)
Prolactin 190 (86-324mu/L)
Oestradiol 46 LOW (99-192pmol/L)
Testosterone 13.3 (9.9-27.8pmol/L)
VitaminB12 424 (180-2000ng/L)
Serum Folate 9.48 (4.6-18.7ug/L)

P3NP 10.4 HIGH (3.3-9.7ug/L) (Liver test to take methetrexate)

SHGB Normal
Vitamin D 138.9 nmol/L

Serum TSH level 2.58 miU/L
Serum prolactin level 273 (86-324mu/L)

Serum FSH level 9.2 (1.50-12.40IU/L)
Serum LH level 4.9 (1.70-8.60IU/L)

Anti Nuclear antibody Normal

SST test for Cortisol has also come back normal

I have also been tested for lymes, celiac intloerence etc

Pretty much every test you can have done

Im hoping you guys can suggest a protocol for me to me follow and a link to where I can study it

Happy to answer all questions - thanks for hearing my story

Everything starts from digestion. If you can't break down food in the stomach. You are deficient in amino acids, fatty acids, minerals, vitamins. So how you expect that your body will function? It is like car without fuel and oil.. You need to concentrate on digestion of food. First line of digestion is hydrochloric acid. If you don't have low pH in the stomach. Enzymes or bile will not be secreated. So betaine hcl or cheaper option hydrochloric acid with the meals.. Also eating less problematic and easy to digest foods is very helpful in your situation. So preferably no gluten/dairy/legumes or too much fatty meat etc..

@daniel1286 you are the guy from solvepfs right ?

Man you gotta stop looking at hormones. I think I told you over there. You have to start looking at pathogens and mineral balance. I advised @Concerned what to look for over in his log. A lot of us are working on mineral balance with fasting involved. @Niles has been doing a lot of work on pathogens and detox work, might want to check out his log. Check out my log here and solvepfs forum log.

You have CFS badly based on what you've presented. No doctor is going to help save your life. Admit it, your life is completely ruined right now. I know how it feels. Stop looking at hormones and start following what myself and several guys here are doing. You're honestly just wasting time getting blood work done and seeing doctors.

Hi @bruschi11

Yeah I agree with all the above - shall I start by getting my hair test done right? Then decide on what protocol next

I have loosely been doing CDS Nuts profile with a little success from it

Yea @daniel1286 also comprehensive parasitology with a doctor, an infectious disease doctor might help too. Just to find out what is actually wrong with you. You don't have to do that stuff, but might help. I know that could be expensive. But definitely hair test first!

But basically hair test, getting on a good protocol with that along with a CDNUTS lifestlyle I think you can get a lot better. Fasting, cold showers, moving, get up even when you feel down. I'm interested in your case man cuz we have had similar symptoms. I think you can definitely get better from this man, no doubt in my mind.

Hey, yes it did I just wanted to see how you guys interpreted in relation PFS

If I were you i’d Order the suggested sups, get on the program, and do the odd update on here about how it’s going!

Quite a few people are doing the programs suggested based on their hair mineral analysis (I recently started one), so we should have a good idea of how much these protocols can help in the months ahead

Not so bad. Not ideal. Tei could help a lot. May be rough in the first month or longer.
