updated hair test is in, some interesting stuff. Still a fast oxidizer but it looks like some things have dropped down, but two new suggestions. Limcomin and SBF formula.

Interesting, it looks like your sodium/potassium ratio flipped, which is why those new recommendations are there. Looks like a pretty dramatic stabilization of oxidation rate, though, compared to your first test.

Is it customary to get a retest just a month into the program? I wasn't gonna retest until June, and we started around the same time.

No, I decided to do it because I was literally a month clean of everything (oral and topical) and was just doing ARL. Prior to my first test I was on electrolyte protocol and then two weeks later I got the test done so I'm sure that could have influenced a bit given how long the hair cycle is. The standard is 3 months or so like you said. I ordered the two new supps so curious how I feel on the now since I should be more dialed in and accurate.

New test looking good tubzy. You might be the closest person to balanced on the forum?? maybe i should give Catherine a go.

Interesting how your iron went down further tho and your copper hasnt budged.

Also a shame perhaps thst your ca is now higher than your mg. But its still early days.

Hows your hair going through this?

Yea how do you feel Tubzy since doing the ARL program, what improvements have you noticed?

I sent my sample into Catherine today so I think I’m going to give the program a shot as well.

I sent my sample into Catherine today so I think I’m going to give the program a shot as well.

Increase in focus and concentration, better sleep (when I do fall asleep, program gives me mild insomnia while on it), decreased hair shedding, increase libido, increased appetite. Some of the downsides were lower energy, run down type feeling, dry mouth at times I assume to electrolyte imbalance still from PFS. I'm not sure what it can be causing that part but probably chelation. It's weird because when I take a few days off and start up again I can actually feel it "slowing" me down if that makes sense. Like no insomnia and good energy. After a while on it the insomnia starts up mildly again so I think it has to be due to chelation (probably copper)

I am no curious about making those two adjustments with the new supplements now to see how I feel now though.

What a change in just a month and a half or so !? If you keep going you should go from fast to slow oxidation probably in about two weeks :)
I wonder if you ever got interested about copper status, measuring it from blood (free copper). Not that have big importance when on a programe, but for scientific purposes mostly.

Yeah man, I also think it looks way better because two weeks prior to my first test I was experimenting on some protocols so that probably reflected some of the first test results as well making the imbalance worse. This recent test I literally did nothing topically or orally but just ARL for a month straight, so far this program is actually working well.

I ordered the two new supps and going to make the adjustments and continue it so I think that should speed it up even more (including starting dry sauna as well). It is very hard to pinpoint what is causing what when people ask me because there are so many reactions happening but I think I am very close some days I feel completely normal waking up with high energy :)

Nice work bro

So would you say drinking a lot of coconut water while dlinghe program would be beneficial to help with the potential electrolyte imbalance?

What about throwing in HCL and hydrogen water as well during ARL program??

I’m also wondering if we can still follow CDNUTs protocal while doing ARL program, any thought thoughts on this guys? I can ask Catherine this as well.

Sorry for the hijacking questions on your log tubzy, I’ll create my own log when I kick things off.

Possibly, actually one of the new supps they suggested (I think its the limcomin) to add has potassium in it and also glutathione so could be worth trying too. It just depends on your balance.
