1) The hourglass was flaccid and grew with erection but disappeared at full erection. (I've also lost girth in erection size but that's begun to return as well)
Additionally, the hourglass was about 1/3 from base which, coinciding with another PFS symptom of tight testicles, made wearing underwear painful as the hourglass was right where the penis bends over the testicles when pulling up boxer briefs. Additionally, yet another symptom was a retracted penis that wasn't 'leaving' at 6 O'clock but more like 9 o'clock... yea, horrible... but that's subsided tremendously as well...
I'm obviously sharing this because it's important, as embarrassing as this was and horrific to see for about 9 months, there is stuff that worked & hope...
2) The first 9 months from the crash, hardly anything worked except consistent aminos to ensure baseline nutrients. Then there was about 6 months of more 'experimentation' where I began to understand more and more. RU, T3, clomid/prami cycle, hormones... name it, so far I tried it... I just recently began to be more active on the forum and I need to post what's been helping... but start with the aminos and you can also do the iodine/dmso (iodine actually coincides with thyroid issues & adrenal issues. All related)
3) I have seen erection size improvements in girth since January, which would've been 14 months post crash. I crashed Oct 2016,
@gbolduev began helping in Aug 2017 which, thru the end of 2017, had some experiments which proved decent... and Jan 2018 to now have been 'stabilizing'...
