Just returned from about a week long vacation of graduation parties and I am about done with my first week with the new ARL supplements added in. Well, I decided to drink (heavy) and for once in four years I actually got legit drunk again like pre-fin instead of just a headache and anxiety like what one sip of beer used to do to me during PFS.
I not only drank a little bit but got pretty slammed since I actually felt good drinking again and felt pretty good like how you are actually supposed to feel LOL (I have not felt good drinking in over 4 years). Woke up the next day with just a regular hangover and no crash or anything negative, which is fucking awesome.
Something is working now whether it was adding in the new ARL supplements or just being on ARL in general over time now for about 1.5 months or so, my body is starting to work like normal again. At the end of the this month, I am doing another hair test and adjusting my supplement regimen accordingly, everything what I read claims this is actually the fastest way to do it so I'm actually pretty pumped. I hope to make big improvements over the next few weeks/months or so now given how I can now handle alcohol again like normal.
I am also starting dry sauna daily after the gym. I noticed my body composition is now getting back to normal again too (lean even eating gluten) and my skin looks much better.
Yeah man, I also think it looks way better because two weeks prior to my first test I was experimenting on some protocols so that probably reflected some of the first test results as well making the imbalance worse. This recent test I literally did nothing topically or orally but just ARL for a month straight, so far this program is actually working well.
I ordered the two new supps and going to make the adjustments and continue it so I think that should speed it up even more (including starting dry sauna as well). It is very hard to pinpoint what is causing what when people ask me because there are so many reactions happening but I think I am very close some days I feel completely normal waking up with high energy![]()
Awesome to hear @TubZy . So are you not doing the full 12 weeks that ARL recommends? Do youthink it could actually move faster by testing monthly? Thanks!
What about the sexual department?
Are you back to normal in sexual department?
Thanks
Got it. Fantastic man. Congrats. I’m one week in on my ARL. My brain fog is soooooo much better I can’t even believe it. Hoping at some point here the sexual department will get the memo to get on board the healing train as well. Congrats again.I have not set plan really I'm just going until I feel cured. It seems now that each time I get retested and make the proper adjustments to the regimen I feel better and better so I'm hoping that continues to trend that way. Actually the practitioner agrees with the method I am using as well. Remember no one has tested PFS with a NB approach yet so no one really knows in terms of timeline.

Awesome Tubz! Happy for you
You mention that you need to be dailed in 100%, which I am, but I wonder if liver flushes are okay? What do you think, seeing the crap load of magnesium you need to take in?
Absolutely. The first three days I could barely move. Attempted to work out, andKeep pushing dude. That is what I noticed first was increased concentration and focus. I would retest after a month on and make sure you are taking nothing else during that time so you are 100% dialed in. Then after the retest if any changes need to be made add them in. I think you will get better in no time man. On my second "cycle" I get random boners all the time now not just in the morning. I think a big component of that was getting my zinc back in balance. After my retest it showed to stop taking zinc as a standalone and my libido is much stronger now, but during that first month the high dose of zinc was needed to get me back in balance first.
Just a reminder, I felt like shit during the first month on very rundown which I mentioned. It wasn't until after the first month and then getting retested and readjusting my regimen is when the major improvements started. So if you feel run down at all, that is expected at least in my case and a few others. I had improvements in certain areas but not others but now improvements are happening all together.

I done 7 flushes now, I would add them in, they are helpful, only seeing good results from them.
That great Tubzy, how’s the sleeping?
Absolutely. The first three days I could barely move. Attempted to work out, and
Couldn’t make through two cycles of the routine. After three days, all that energy came back. For sure the glandular helped with my adrenal fatigue really quickly.
Hey Tubz awesome to hear you're doing so well. ARL has been kicking my ass but there have been some good days too. How did you time getting your new test? My first test it took quite a while for the results to come back, if I wait until I run out of my first month of ARL sups to get a new tests there will be a few weeks before I can order new ones based on the new test. Did you stop taking anything for the time it took to get your new results?
