Took Mirtazepine last night and intend to give it some time. Weird hallucinations while trying to sleep in the hour after taking it. Slept through the night but did wake up with screaming nightmare once.

Need to buy hydrogen water machine, ride machine, ru, Ella and other stuff. I want it all here at once so I don’t have to wait for shipping in between trying things. Nothing to lose at this point, I may not have much time left sane enough to function and try.

I'm not real sure why, but reading this last sentence really hit me deep with relating to you.

Man, I know it is awful tough to believe right now, but it gets better. I know how you feel, and I remember feeling how broken I was, how I just knew that this was going to be the end of me......and I basically just expected everyday that this would get worse and worse. I had struggled with suicidal thoughts prior to PFS from pretty rough PTSD, and with all of this happening, I had begun to make plans for a world without me in it. I took this extra personally that I had so much potential to offer the world in my career field, and so much to look forward to with my family, my fiancee, and my friends - and it was all gone.

I remember looking back now, at one night in particular, laying in bed unable to fall asleep, finally falling asleep only to be awoken again to run to the bathroom at 0330 to throw up in the toilet......and I looked up at the mirror and said to myself (and I could barely recognize my now pale, dry, sunken eyed face from my darker, oilier skinned face prior to crashing) "something HAS to give - you cannot let yourself live like this." At this point I found my way to CD's postings on Propecia Help, found my way to Swole Source, and decided that I would live like an absolute spartan for a year+ to see what happened. And if nothing happened, I probably wouldn't have still been here today. But, I got better, slowly but surely, and here I am now recovered from the hell I knew.

I say all of this not to brag or show you how I did things, I say this to tell you to look up and look ahead and know that you've got SO MUCH information at your fingertips now that I didn't have, nor did others that walked this before me (Mitch, Chi, CD, English, Finatruth, etc.) - in Hydrogen therapy, RU486/Ella, ARL/TEI hair testing, holistic living like CD/Chi. These things are making a world of difference for people. Stay optimistic man, you'll get there. Use this information to keep trying EVERY DAMN THING until you get to where you want to be again. Don't ever let this thing take the most important thing in the world from you - HOPE.

I did do a ten day water only fast followed by impeccable refeed. I had something of a recovery where I was at 30% or so. I was able to leave the house and even started back at the gym. But since then I’ve had more crashes and new symptoms. I’ve eaten perfectly (when I’ve been able to eat at all). My plan now with mirtazepine is to eat as much as I can (the drug is supposed to aid appetite and weight gain) so I can gain more weight (I’m around 162 lbs currently at 6’2). Then hopefully gain enough where I can do a 21 day water fast.

If Ella and ru, rife machine and hydro water do nothing then take up my doctor’s offer of trt.

Please, if you listen to nothing else I say - do a hair test (ARL/TEI) and follow that before you do TRT.

TRT won't help this at all, it is not a testosterone deficiency issue.

I’m glad you took step with mirtazapine. Shit the first few days to a week or so I was so tired and hungry. Actually 1 year ago
was when I started it July 10th or so.

I think that was a really good move trying it. Let’s see how it affects you. It is a very potent drug that I think can help a lot of people in the beginning stages of fighting chronic disease.

Lol I hope you can put weight on.... I did a 14 day juice feast on the stuff and only lost 3 lbs .

There are universal frequencies. 727, 728. I’d make sure you get spooky2 for like a $300 version.

Also @Ocguy mentioned an antibiotic I believe as I’ve been talking to him. Might be something to look into as well.

Not that I’ve noticed. Stools have been fairly normal, had constipation for a few days now a bit easier to pass them.

If I were you i’d get the Genova gastrointestinal test + bile acids add on, & while you’re at it their sibo breath test kit.

I think the information from these tests could give you some good info for a plan of attack. I can almost guarantee issues will be confirmed and then you can take appropriate action. The tests only take a couple of weeks to get results.

Understand what you mean about having stuff there ready though, I’ve got stuff I’ve got to have on standby & felt better for it knowing it’s there if I need it!

Having all supplies all at once (though costly), definitely allayed my fears.
And helped me plan this challenge better. it made it less overwhelming and less seemingly impossible (it isn't, just seemed like that).
Good for you bro @Concerned. I'll get some other supplies when I can.

Also that plan maybe a good idea. Probably when I was 168 (either fin or Lamotrigine or both made me lose like 8-10 lb in a week), extended fasting would emaciated me (but whatever, looked emaciated a bit all of early 20's so who cares). But BC I then had no digestion and couldn't move and was all messed up I gained a lot of weight pre fast. Was 180 ish 65% of last 12 yrs, and other times 175-190.. now 190 still. I may fast again too (but not just yet). You probably don't gain nearly as fast as I do... But these drugs usually do adversely affect inuslin resistance and metabolism (which is fine in your case, most likely in a short duration). Also I felt like 10-20% maybe after my shorter fasts, then maybe 25-30 after like 9-14 days (after five and six RIGHT before that), best thing I ever did for this issue (PFS), for sure. But not for everyone as Helen has said (some shouldn't fast).

The fact that you saw major improvement in previous fasts is great. Trial and error and an eventual longer fast can help a Lotz I believe. Just like juice feasting helped me... But not nearly enough and not nearly fast enough. Just saw a tiny glimpse of hope and "non brokenness", but water fasting was so m better and efficient for me (I love fast things, so I felt there was no other option). If I have a kid and he gets acne or fat... That little mofo is fasting. Even for his (Highly probable) neuropsyche /exec fn issues.. within reason I mean.

I can't find these tests on their website. Can you link them at all?

Can it be found in any of those?

Once you have selected the CDSA2.0 you get the options for add ons and one is the total bile acids test. The sibo kit is here;

Clinician Services | Genova Diagnositcs

Sorry to be a complete pain about this but I can't find the biles on the 2.0. I see this:

But I do see it with these two:

So which combo should I do? My brain isn't capable of making the right decision here currently.

Looks like the bile acids are actually included in that test (hence why it's not available as an add-on).

I would go for CDSA2.0 + P (£300), which includes the bile acid test by default. If I were you I'd get the Sibo test too, but obviously it's up to you (and can always be ordered at a later date)

Are you sleeping on mirtazapine @Concerned feeling any better?

I know a lot of guys are against anyone using an AD like you mention above @Ocguy but sometimes people need something to hold their brain in place for beginning stages of recovery. I used mirtazapine my first two months of fighting last summer.

It’s definiteky helped me sleep the last two nights. Last night I slept straight through without interruption. Feel very drowsy in the mornings so far though.also noticing a slight increase in appetite.

Good signs @Concerned . One you start sleeping full nights, as sluggish as you wake up in the morning, your days still can be made worthwhile in healing yourself.

Sleepless nights bring days of worthlessness.

I dreamed I was out hooking up with girls last night. Then woke up and felt so bad that I had to do the pfs day all over again. I'm eating more again now but still feel inconceivably fatigued. Pressure in head gone, problems with eating largely resolved. Spirit killing depression and the being pulled back feeling plus tilted room vision remains.
