Any idea/theory how hemoglobin would look like in CBC if histidine is too low, so hypoxia would be present for ex. ?
Maybe low histidine, then low hemoglobin ?
Yes you might have low hemoglobin
I think we have 2 cases here, in one case there is super activation of NADPH oxidase going on and this also creates superoxide
This is why we have people with high and low testosterone and DHT.
So in one case, there might be too much NADPH is made and some of it is going to NADPH oxidase and creates oxidative stress that way.
And in another case it could be no NADPH and you create oxidative stress another way since you cant recycle glutathione.
So it is b1 or b2 deficiencies. glutathione needs to be recycled by 2 things, FAD and NADPH. If there is no NADPH , then glutathione is not recycled, and if there is no FAD, then glutathione is not recycled.
If there is no FAD , then I assume you have too much of NADPH since it is not being used. and it goes into NADPH oxidase which creates oxidative stress.
And if you are missing NADPH , then you cant recycle glutathione and you are low in all hormones .
IN reality there are 2 deficiencies always, FAD and NADPH, it is just relative and when you start feeding one, the other one goes way too low.
Both of these cases recycle glutathione badly. And both of these cases can have not working Nitric Oxide and create tons of oxidative stress.
It is all about glutathione recycling, and it is either FAD or NADPH.
2 cases will need one will need more b2 and supportive supps, and another case will need more b1 and supportive supps.
I will try to write it out for people later one. With high and low DHT and testosterone.
