Yes dude, I'm actually planning to have another follow up test done in another two weeks or so when I run out of these supplements. Improvement in all areas went from feeling like shit 24/7 during the first month to feeling better most days of the week during the second month, retesting soon and hope the trend continues.
I wonder why @Helen says people can be fixed from PFS in 2 weeks as scenes did for example and then now all the guys who are on ARL , are taking so long to see improvements (at least, real improvements).

Helen gave scenes a "customized" accelerated version of ARL which acts way faster. In my specific hair analysis case, Helen does not know the right combo to use to "speed" it up given my case is much more complex that is why I'm following ARL. ARL is much more conservative and safer in their approach that is why many people say ARL takes longer than TE since TE is more aggressive in their mineral ratios, but at the end of the day they both work.

Actually most people are seeing improvements while on ARL at least in some areas. A few people have reported less brain fog when immediately taking ARL so I think some areas can work quick...i don't understand how you are not on ARL yet or at least tried it I remember you saying you were getting a hair test done like months ago.

Yes I did but I contacted an agency in Italy and made me lost so much time. Now I’m contacting Catherine waiting from her to reply me.

Toxicities, pathogens, metal imbalances.

They don't fix themselves. Getting balanced involves chelation which can be tough on system.

Scenes didn't have "PFS" to the degree some of us have it. Well he did- we all have "PFS" which is an imbalance. But the other issues that cause havoc because of the PFS are what many of us have and Scenes did not.

I wish you could understand this Wuf.

Holy moly tubzy. 3 highs from hydrogen? Looks a bit radical and unpredictable to me man. Super interesting experiment though!

Have you shown it to @Helen ? What did they think?

@TubZy I thought you were going through ARL? These new test results appear to be from TEI. Just curious why you switched.

Try it now, I edited it

I asked for a quote from catherine to see how much TEI supps would be. I most likely will wait though I'm thinking maybe do another hair test in two weeks or so given how different results came out, not sure yet. What we still don't know is if H water on temporarily moves your body into this state but in the long run balances it out. The only two people that have been it for long period of time are @Helen and @Hydro so it would be interesting to see Helen's HT soon.

As of right now, I'm not taking anything just eating a pretty solid diet and feel pretty good, much better than baseline so I don't feel rushed to hop on something asap. I had a snapback after the last cycle of ARL, the excess copper starting screwing with me at the end from slowing me down too much (similar to @Niles ) then once I stopped ARL a few days later my digestion and energy shot up. I stopped hydrogen water weeks ago and inhalation just recently so doing nothing at the moment. Helen and I brainstormed a few other possible things too like anavar/superdrol (blocks AR due to having very low androgenic activity) and b1+b2+b3 but TBH honest I'm not sure yet. I think this hair test might be a bit way off to dump another $200 on supplements so it may be worth waiting I'm thinking.

Yes, I reached out for both tests (ARL and TEI) initially for the third round when Helen mentioned that the ratio doses for TEI were bigger, meaning it could potentially work "faster" per say so I decided to give it a shot. Also, given how complex my personal ARL tests were Helen couldn't advise me directly as my results were very complex so I gave TEI a shot just to see what it would come back as. Regardless, I doubt I will do much with this test I'm thinking... unfortunately...due to the skewing from drinking 1.5L of hydrogen water per day for two weeks.

I also got two highs from Hydrogen water. Eventhough I only took H2 the final 5 days before donning in new hair. I will take the recommended supps. Skewed or not due to H2, it is a representation of your body chemistry right now and needs to be further balanced.

Yeah i think you should.wait. if the ca and mg elevation was from the hydrogen consumption, the program in their computer will assume you're still taking hydrogen and try to balance you assuming youre a mega slow or 3 highs naturally. But really, you were a fast to begin with.
