Update:

Todays I spoke with my Doctor.
He asked me to do a Progesterone test.

He told me that the combination of:

-Hyperinsuliniemia
-Deposition of body fat
-Protein/amino acids catabolism + lack of amino acids
and
-Ketone body Production
-High Palmitic acid on the membranes

that Metabolomic analysis indicate , can exist when Progesterone is high in blood.
Especially when i told him that I consume TONS of proteins.

I told him about finasteride but he doesnt had a clue.

He told me also that I may have Metabolic Acidosis and mitochondrial dysfunction.

I lost 5kg of muscles last months, despite the fact that i was eating proteins like crazy and hiting the gym hard.

I believe that finasteride left me with high Progesterone as exactly Helen describes about what happened to the majority of ppl when they quit Finasteride.
High progesterone due to downregulation of Progesterone Receptors.
I feel good onProgesterone and I shed like crazy.
I suppose i have High Progesterone - high Thyroid.

Do you have a hairtest? High Prog could mean you have super low potassium, prog goes high to keep potassium up.

Metabolic disorder: you are not the only one. There is Mario Götze, soccer player Form Germany, took fin, got metabolic disorder diagnosed (pfs) by docs. Could not play anymore. They treated him with drugs (officially), he plays again.

they could explain why he sucks now compared to where he was before holy shit.

holy shit he even has the puffy face if you look before and after years look at his face say 2016 vs 2013

my face has the same shit change. I can feel the puffiness lol

googled it tho and it said he has myopathy but you're saying he was misdiagnosed or theyre covering it?... you know what they treated him with?

Very interesting, I have similar symptoms. Bloodwork showed mytochondrial dysf. AS well. Had high prog, too.

They are covering it. Though myopathy could occur in pfs. In Germany, no doc wants to talk about pfs.

Man the face doesnt prove anything.
I had the puffy face before my crash.
My faced was bloated and I was retaining fat.
Now i have lost 5kg so my face has also lost fat and has changed shape.
That didnt happened overnight but with time...

KETONE body production.
Problem with sugar metabolism and I loose weight AND FAT.
How is that even possible?

Its complex.
My face has lost fat and has been wrinkled and its aging very fast now.
Its like i cant use the aminos for correct the tissue.

In 9 months i have aged more than 5 years...

The only other possibility to absorb aminos is by doing IV. It could be worth a try.
Bloating face: you need to compare his face several years ago and in 2016/7. It is not due to food intake obviously.

1) High 2-Hydroxybutyric acid. = 2.4
Normal values 0.0 - 1.0

"2-Hydroxybutyrate, the conjugate base of 2-hydroxybutyric acid, is produced in mammalian tissues (principally hepatic) that catabolize L-threonine or synthesize glutathione. Oxidative stress or detoxification demands can dramatically increase the rate of hepatic glutathione synthesis. Under such metabolic stress conditions, supplies of L-cysteine for glutathione synthesis become limiting, so homocysteine is diverted from the transmethylationpathway forming methionine into the transsulfuration pathway forming cystathionine. 2-Hydroxybutyrate is released as a byproduct when cystathionine is cleaved to cysteine that is incorporated into glutathione. Chronic shifts in the rate of glutathione synthesis may be reflected by urinary excretion of 2-hydroxybutyrate."

@Helen
So oxidative stress --->Need for Glutathione ---->Increased glutathione synthesis --->Need for L-cysteine--->Limited L cysteine

Metabolism Another pathway
Homocysteine - Methionine- Cystathionine---->Cysteine ( 2-Hydroxybutyrate AS BY-PRODUCT)

2) Lactic acid = 3.8 mmol/mol (low)
Normal Values : 20.0 - 101.0

It mean that Im in Acidosis or Alkalosis?

Cysteine is one of those things that keeps coming back, interestingly. Also related to antidepressants / dopamine.

N-acetylcysteine augmentation to tranylcypromine in treatment-resistant major depression. - PubMed - NCBI
Several pharmacodynamic propertiesof NAC anticipate putative antidepressantproperties.
For instance, NAC is a pre-cursor of glutathione, a main antioxidantof the brain.9Several other actions of NAC may be relevant to its possible antidepressant activity:
(1) its anti-inflammatoryeffects;
(2) the indirect decrement of synaptic release of glutamate, and
(3) the facilitation of striatal dopamine release.

this is why it is important to recycle glutathione. with glutathione reductase. so you dont have to constanly make more of it. And waste cysteine.

glutatione is recycled by flavin reductase or glutathione reductase which is the same things.

It works on FAD and NADPH. to make fad you need magnesium and b2. And to make NADPH you need b1.

So it is combinations of these vitamins and minerals that will be cures.

So I need to take Cysteine -Histidine -Zinc-copper-Selenium
B complex - Magnesium -B1-B2?
So i have to follow th PFS protocol?

Generally said, you are intoxed.
I have or had above range homocystein levels. Intestines inflammed AS well.
Helen is right by saying we have to support the detox cycle in his own (rebalance). Important is to know if we can absorb properly those vits.

I cant absorb B complex vitamins.
My Krebs cycle is ****ed.

I understund that we have to raise HCL+ enzymes at stomach.
I have no acids in my stomach anymore, that why i cannon break down protein, so i lack amino acids + b complex.

Low lactic acid indicate Metabolic alkalosis finally?

Alkalosis, yes. High lactat acid acidosis. Helen wrote a lot about alkalosis.
Question: How do you know there are no more stomach acids? What test did you undergo?

I never did a test for stomach acids but I have extremely low amino acids and very low B complex vitamins despite the fact that i am eating red meat+ chicken 5 times a week.

Also I use betaine HCL pills now, but i never feel that "burning" feeling even after 10 pills.

+ Low Lactic Acid which means Alkalosis...

All these in combination.

+ High 2-Hydroxybutyric acid = utilisation of L cysteine for making Glutathione.

All those describes perfectly that what @Helen describes about PFS.

I wonder why the bvits level is that low. Are the bvits urgently needed? But if so, you cannot absorb them. Then bvits should be high except they got broken down by something.
To raise amino acids, go for intermittent fasting in order to get more autophagy. Cells build up aminos by using an enzyme. 24 h - 36 h fasting at least. Then reffeding with red meat. When you eat once or twice a day for 2-3 days. You cannot eat three times a day in that situation.

B vitamins
4) Low gluthatione increases inflammation which effects tryptophan break down by IDO enzyme. Since to support this new extra need for glutatione body is trying to recycle it and spends tons of b vitamins on it.

I eat 2-3 times a day and take lots of Betaine HCL + Pancreatic enzymes etc.
It seems that the problem is that due to low HCL, i cant break down proteins properly...

I have to get out of Alkalosis.
