I am taking the glandulars. I know for sure a lot of the sluggishness I am feeling is adrenal related. I figure if I follow it to the letter, than I leave no room in case it “doesn’t work”, which I’m really hoping is not the case. For people on ARL/TEI are the glandular supplements essential/do you take them?
Gonna order the supplements since I got my results back. I’ll post those soon but not much changed. Still too much copper
@Aflac94 I saw calcium on your first hair test. Is it still that high or high?
Fixing the elevated calcium is game changer for us. I’m one of them. @Concerned is another.
Google “calcium shell”. It’s not fun to be trapped in one trust me. Worst thing is I was pulling myself out of it and Doing extremely well before drinking h2 water and moving myself into calcium shell even worse than before.
Slowly getting out of it again.
If you take vit.d without k2 and Magnesium, ca goes high.My calcium was at 222 on original hair test, dropped to 157 on second test and now up to 267. The initial drop came from dropping a Vitamin D supplement. I have no idea what has caused the increase afterwards - I've just been taking TEI supplements as required. Hoping I can get it down again.

Swanson's direct website usually has great prices And included glandulars.
How would you rate your recovery out of 10?

Uiuiui
That aluminum got high !
Yeah I don’t know what’s up with that. Maybe I’m using too much foil cooking again.
You have high copper too right? How long do you think it will take us to get this shit balanced?
Yeah. I have no clue. I got from 16 to 4 in 8 months. So I would say 12 months in total? Probably faster as you got a better starting position![]()
That aluminium getting high is a good thing. Means it’s getting out of your system.
Mine doubled as well since I detoxed and used silica.
When your copper rises on a hairtest it could mean it's coming out, yes. I've read some stories that nothing happens for years on an ARL program, then suddenly copper starts coming out and boom, progress.
