For people on ARL/TEI are the glandular supplements essential/do you take them?

Gonna order the supplements since I got my results back. I’ll post those soon but not much changed. Still too much copper

Swanson's direct website usually has great prices And included glandulars.

How would you rate your recovery out of 10?

@Aflac94 I saw calcium on your first hair test. Is it still that high or high?

Fixing the elevated calcium is game changer for us. I’m one of them. @Concerned is another.

Google “calcium shell”. It’s not fun to be trapped in one trust me. Worst thing is I was pulling myself out of it and Doing extremely well before drinking h2 water and moving myself into calcium shell even worse than before.

Slowly getting out of it again.

I am taking the glandulars. I know for sure a lot of the sluggishness I am feeling is adrenal related. I figure if I follow it to the letter, than I leave no room in case it “doesn’t work”, which I’m really hoping is not the case.

My calcium was at 222 on original hair test, dropped to 157 on second test and now up to 267. The initial drop came from dropping a Vitamin D supplement. I have no idea what has caused the increase afterwards - I've just been taking TEI supplements as required. Hoping I can get it down again.

If you take vit.d without k2 and Magnesium, ca goes high.

Yeah I don’t want to leave room for it to not work either, I just feel more comfortable ingesting vitamins and minerals than animal glands. But I eat animal muscle all the time so maybe I should try it.

Any sides from the glandular?

I would say pfs crushed me to about 20% overall functionality. Which I stayed at for 2 years without try much.

I would say I’ve improved to about 40% functioning. Reasons being my energy, mood, sleep, exercise capacity is better. These things are not near 100% I.e. my precious baseline.

Hopefully I continue to improve going on TEI soon. But for now I’m 4 or 5 out of 10. Up from 2

I believe it will help a lot, continuing man, @Aflac94. But may take more time then you want (and any of us).

I stayed there like 8mo, deeply regret it. Thx to HS, had faith in resolving it eventually. Timing could have been a bit better!!!! But, thankful and lucky nonetheless. Saved my life. There are actually good people in the world.

Seem the H2 did the opposite to me as my calcium came way down.

However I was eating a lot of dairy (yogurt/several eggs everyday with yolk), which I have stopped months before the latest hair test, so could have been dietary change too?

That aluminum got high !

Yeah I don’t know what’s up with that. Maybe I’m using too much foil cooking again.

You have high copper too right? How long do you think it will take us to get this shit balanced?

Yeah. I have no clue. I got from 16 to 4 in 8 months. So I would say 12 months in total? Probably faster as you got a better starting position :D

That aluminium getting high is a good thing. Means it’s getting out of your system.

Mine doubled as well since I detoxed and used silica.

Thanks. I hope so. Do you take all the TEI supplements 1 per day or exactly what they say? (some are 2x per day, most are 3x per day)

Shit is expensive, $200 for 30 days

Are you sure we can see it like that ? Does that mean my high copper is the copper getting out of my system . That would be great

When your copper rises on a hairtest it could mean it's coming out, yes. I've read some stories that nothing happens for years on an ARL program, then suddenly copper starts coming out and boom, progress.

People stayed on the program for years ? Or years later it started coming out?

Helen said we should not be taking minerals for years, only acutely to get out of this state
