Took high dose B vitamins and potassium 1 gram.
According to Troy this supposed to make us feel worse initially, then a snap back after 3/4 weeks off the Potassium. However I looked and Niles seems to feel better on potassium.
**my question is should I stay on the high dose Bs and high dose potassium for how long? A few days then come off and wait for snap back? Or stay on for a few weeks?
***just re read my saved posts and I think Helen said to try loading potassium for a week, and then hope for a SnapBack effect due to this down regulating the angroden receptor (in those that had it up regulated by Fin)***
(I save posts to come back to by taking pictures of them , because otherwise then they are lost buried in some thread, wish there was a way to save posts (in order to come back to them) within the functionality of the website? Maybe there is and I don’t know it
Any reason to believe staying on longer will produce a better snap back. Or short trial is sufficient? Probably no one knows since we are trying this , but figured I’d ask
