Copper and mental disorders

When i say mood disorders i would include things like behavioral problems (especially in children/teenagers), Bipolar, ADD/ADHD, (social) anxiety, depression, suicidal feelings, violence, schizophrenia, narcissism. Theres a lot more but these are the things i can think of, you get the idea.

Ever since i started reading about the effects of vitamins/minerals/oxidation rate on the body, i think about how this could be related to behavior. Take world violence for example, it never stops. Are these people just looking for a ‘thrill?’ Trying to speed themselves up? Getting the stress hormones (adrenaline mainly) pumping? Are they copper toxic?

I also read on the ARL website about coppers effect on behavior which is extremely interesting. ARL : Copper Toxicity

This makes me think about all these children/teens that have issues with rage, anxiety, depression. Does it mean they cant help that they feel this way, because their body is imbalanced? Does this mean psychologists are bullshit talkers in certain cases?

1. When looking at this from a mineral balancing view, is it possible that most, if not all mental disorders are caused by imbalances in your body? For example, copper toxicity. @Helen posted somewhere on the forum that a friend of her took copper and the copper completely changed her friends personality/behavior.

2. This would explain why people who have a mental illness, never really ‘get better’ with things like therapy. They usually only get better when they start taking medication, start exercising, start taking stimulants (from caffeine to more serious stuff).

3. A clear example of copper toxicity is post-partum depression. Postpartum Depression and Copper Toxicity | Samantha Gilbert

4. This would also explain why people become fitness junkies, why people take drugs/gamble/engage in risky behavior. Would explain why teens are so addicted to videogames these days (adrenaline, thrill seekers, copper excess/biounavailability). Would explain why people are literally addicted to drama these days.

This would mean that mental disorders are being treated completely wrong, which is also why there isn’t much success (except for medication, like i said) because they are not treating the underlying problem, but the symptoms.

Just thought this was really interesting.

There's a magnitude of things at play. Trauma people would say everything is unresolved trauma, religious people would say people are angry because they don't forgive and have a bad relationship with their parents (many people have no father at all nowadays or one who's a very bad role model), here at hackstasis the focus would be on mineral balance most likely and Ray Peat would say you're hypothyroid, i'm hypothyroid, EVERYONE is fucking hypothyroid. I'm not really sure what to believe in anymore or rather what's the most important aspect. They all influence one another obviously so it's hard to say what's the initial cause or what's the most effective way to treat it, but what is sure is that our current society and lifestyle is very weird in many regards, thus people are very unbalanced on average.

This would be cool if true. I hope we learn the answer someday. Might not be as simple as people only having mineral imbalance, but who knows

Everything is caused by nutritional imbalances, pathogens, toxicities, heavy metals. This is GBOLD101 or @Helen 101.

It’s a good thing. Viruses, pathogens dying in your body. “Herxheimer reaction”. As time goes bye that herx will be less and less. Your body gets better at handling the dye off the healthier you get.

I just came pretty close to passing out in bath not gonna lie lol. Look at A rife machine. You can get a good spooky2 system for like 300 bucks USD to be used in contact mode.

Did you buy it or pdf online somewhere?

I bough it online in hard copy on evenbetternow.com where I got my hair test.

But I had zero pathogens out of range, zero toxicities, mostly insignificant heavy metals after effexor and also now. Possibly some toxicity. BUT; was super "imbalanced" on and after effexor. And now......................... I'll do arl/tei anyways, just saying. CRAZY alt fasting and intermittent fasting probably contributes to being hyper as fuck. BUT* being super slow, or not fasting, makes me less likely to actually want to workout. CANNOT see the gains, then as fast. AND IF I CAN'T SEE THE RESULTS (of anything), I am less likely to do it. BUt, I concede, I probably need to "slow the fuck down".

This city where I lived in back then (EFFEXOR XR), has the cleanest water and air and streets.... AND was like minus 40 centigrade. So I think mostly no pathogens. When I had bronchitis or viral upper resp. tract infections, of course I had infections/pathogens. BUT they went away.

N.B.: NOT TO SAY, it isn't imbalances for others. BUT: People tell me I was an eccentric kid too. Even as a little kid. I ate crappier then... and only got more eccentric. Although, that's kind of what happens to tons of people.

Is your potassium through the roof or not? That’s an imbalance. Did you not take Finasteride and have a bad reaction to it? That’s an imbalance.

1.7% of pathogens are identifiable never mind something that can be tested for.

@hairsuit this isn’t exactly for PFS. @Helen exclaimed to Nina how and what he has used for viruses effectively in past. Ozone was one of them.

But I’m sure many of us with PFS do have viruses acting up hurting us.

What is that with those hot baths, where it comes from ? Certainly there is a point of over training, over working etc. at which only a hot shower can get you out of the fatigue and restart you. Ive read some people experience skin itching after hot showers related to iron metabolism.
.

Look into hyperthermia for Lyme. Pathogens, (viruses too right @Helen ?) die at elevated temperatures. I’m not sure what else occurs but extremely powerful things have happened to me in these.

Herxheimer reactions like crazy.

Hello. I have gotten one hair test 3-4mo ago in Canada, I am in contact with Sonya (B.C.) and Catherine (TX, USA). I will go with Catherine this time for TEI, I believe.
I actually think it may be faster. Forest fires (dying out) and also some shipping delays are here. I'd just send fasted shipping to the states, always works better.

THIS IS NO STARTING POINT. I have cured 28-29/34 symptoms.
OH you mean mood disorder and adhd... well yeah sure... I got ARL. Seperate tests no. I know you msgd me, I deleted most msgs ((only to stay on task)).
-SO thx for reminding me.
