@barbaar :/ that'd be annoying, but with peyronie's aren't the main symptoms painful erections and curve when fully erect? How long have you had those ribs for?

I'm not sure, I never really looked into peyronie's as I didn't want to make myself worry too much. But recently I started paying more attention since my curve is getting worse. I just noticed the ribs now as something that might be related since you mentioned them. It's probably not full blown peyronie's, as there is no curve when fully erect. But definitely something strange going on.

@barbaar read: Just started, penile ribs? or a more seriously injury? No pain.
I wonder if we have these ribs rather than them being plaque

Those guys don't seem to be too worried about the 'ribs'. Lots of people seem to say they have them with no negative effect.

The only reason I'm worried about peyronie's is because the left side of my dong is 'harder' than the right when flaccid and it also curves that way. If you don't have any kind of curve or anything you're probably fine.

@barbaar I do think I have something similar. Might just get an ultrasound to ease my concerns. I don't think it's Peyronie's for either of us. Will let you know

Cool, definitely let me know. I remember reading somewhere it could be caused by oxidative stress, so I'm hoping hydrogen will help.

@barbaar not going to get it now. What are the Major Causes of Peyronie's Disease?

Scroll down and look at the image. The plaques usually lengthwise along the penis. It would be super weird for us to have 3 or 4 skinny plaques that appear to be ribs. Espescially because the phenomena of ribs is quite common and harmless.

Think for now we just need to forget about these symptoms and move on with our programmes unless we are given a much more explicit warning sign.

@Canari thanks for that, some good tips there.

I don't think I could start a carnivore diet without going back on the Betaine HCl because meats like chicken and beef leave me with bad brain fog if I haven't taken it, I do find a lot of veg doesn't suit me, but I'm good with kale, spinach, aubergine, so I consume those in high amounts. I eat fish for my protein, it really is all trial at the end of the day isn't it. I'll check out your post.
ok, you have a clear stomach acid problem, but if you can stand fish ...eat as much as you can!
i guess you mean you cannot stand taking betaine?
i also stopped....
The solution is to heal the stomach, to be able to stand more acid. That is what I do with aloe vera gel. I am lucky enough to have the fresh plants, and I eat this twice per day, night and morning first thing.
Then you would also want to try to munch olive leaves or find the supp....
And use the protocol of bitter greens in salad! I do this after aloe.

As my gall ballder seemed painful again I am back on lemon juice + olive oil every morning....

On my most recent blood test (still don't have results to hand) I have a pretty low neutrophil count. Might be the cause of some of my recent issues.

So I saw the doctor after seeing a spike in bilirubin and low neutrophil count on my bloods, have been experiencing symptoms such as general weakness, lump on side of neck, nausea, stomach pains for a month now. He reassured me it is very unlikely to be something bad considering my bloods, and thinks it's a viral infection, will go back if things don't change in the next 3 weeks.

While I recuperate I haven't been taking Betaine HCl, in the meantime I've found that, though not as effective as the Betaine, Soda Water containing Sodium Bicarbonate has been pretty effective in alleviating brain fog.

Also booked with a good nutritionist in July, so will give her the full history and tell you guys what she says.

Saw a nutritionist today, she seemed really fantastic, brought up Progesterone without me even mentioning it, really knew her stuff, excited to work with her.

Just an update: I have an appointment with my nutritionist in two weeks. She'll discuss the results of my blood, stool and SIBO tests, and set out a proper programme for me to follow.

In the meantime I have been on a semi Paleo diet, eliminated gluten and dairy, and am taking the following supplements:
Colostrum
Multivitamin
Fish Oil
Vit C
Betaine HCl and Digestive Enzymes with every meal.

This was just a preliminary protocol she put me on without actually seeing any of my test results, the dose of Betaine I'm on is much lower than before. I'm putting myself in her hands fully at least for now, because she seems very competent. I seem to be getting stronger since my crash a couple of months ago, but still haven't got back to baseline.

What's your betaine's dose?

400mg now, was around 1200mg before, I imagine that she'll be putting me on a higher dose in a couple weeks

physical changes in penis in the last 6 months:
Hard flaccid some of the time
Feeling of inability to completely void bladder, like urine stays in penis.
Narrower erection base
Veinier when flaccid and erect
Penis ribbed when semi erect
Seemingly visible scarring along penis when fully erect, along portion of penis which is narrower, not plaque as disappears when flaccid.

All these symptoms came on during a time where I wasn't getting fully hard erections. Now even though my erections are solid these issues have persisted.

Short update after the first two days on the supplement protocol advised by my nutritionist to tackle my E Histolytica (see stool test in bio):

The immediate effects have been a huge increase in appetite, greater than I've had in the last couple years at least, going to be harder to stick to my diet from here on out lol, major pizza cravings. Also zero brain fog, despite not taking Betaine HCl, which is the one thing that gave me relief prior to this, feel like I'm tackling things at a more fundamental level.. Cognitively also feeling a lot more clear.

No improvements with sexual stuff, or any major emotional improvements, but that's to be expected so early, have been warned that this protocol is designed for the long term, especially because my E Histolytica readings were so high. Feeling really optimistic about this. One thing I doubt it will fix is the fibrosis ive experienced in the last 6 months though.

What is the protocol?

@Aflac94

Here's an album with the ingredients of all the different products I'm taking, most have antiparasitic properties:
It's not that helpful because the supplements themselves have quite specific brand names (which I could link to if wanted) and also this protocol has been designed specifically for me so I'm not too sure what the active ingredients are that are working, or whether it'd work as a general protocol.

There's a probiotic, few anti parasitic blends, an enzyme combination said to break down E Histolytica in the form of cysts.

Woke up with a rock hard erection the likes I haven't seen in a year. Though still with physical changes.

Also been dreaming clearer than I have at any time since PSSD
