Maybe they are using them to feel less unwell. Like with the addictions, when you are sober you feel unwell, you get a dose to fell less unwell, but its just getting deeper and deeper the level at which one feels normal for a while. There is this understanding the one who get hooked on stuff is a sign of nutritional deficiencies, but not only low on 1 thing, but lower energy body output in general, so thats why you take some that stimulates you. On the other hand why would a healthy powerful metabolism need some to lift it up. A fast metabolism would not need even alcohol, could stay up all night and dance with the only help of the music and water, no need for anything extra.
Yeah thats probably the main reason, to feel less unwell and feel a little closer to ‘normal’. But thats pretty much everyone these days. Teens drink tons of alcohol, smoke pot. Adults drink coffee/smoke cigarettes like theres no tomorrow all while eating a junkfood based diet and little exercise but they still wonder why they feel so bad. + they keep looking for a quick fix.
Don'T DO IT!!!!
Your muscle are about to get pumped af
I hope so lol, they look extremely flat at the moment
Ya it's pretty good actually
I had a meeting and went to post office and wanted to sleep but had to send Tei now
So I was slightly tripping out. I didn't have coffee or anything. Just some crackers it was fine tho.

Carbs are going to grow your pool of B-cells because they require glucose for replication, so unless you are following a strategy to help combat EBV you might feel worse regardless if you use potassium/sodium/mag. So that strategy is selenium, glycine, cysteine rich protein sources, B2, and high dose Vitamin D (possibly with low-dose K2).
My general advice for keto is to supplement with B1, glycine, sodium, and B2 when you are re-carbing - and drink tons of water because your body will start sucking it up. If you are re-carbing properly using lots of fruit, you should get adequate potassium through your diet. Fruit is a good place to start when re-carbing, just because the fructose load is easier to handle since it's metabolized directly or metabolized into liver glycogen or triglycerides (which your body already knows how to handle in keto).
Hmm so to keep the EBV under control staying keto would be best for now?
No, what would be best is to follow the protocol while slowly re-introducing carbs.
The histidine/folic acid? I am, not feeling any different yet
I swear people don't read my posts when Helen is in a thread LOL. Histidine and folic acid won't do anything to fight off EBV. Histidine + folic acid will raise hemoglobin, but that won't fight off EBV.
I outlined a protocol several times to fight off EBV in this thread. It involves cysteine (NAC), selenium, glycine, high-dose Vitamin D, B2, vitamin C. Then you could possibly add on valacyclovir + low-dose niacin + zinc if you really want to go further.
But vit d, vit c, niacin and zinc make me feel like shit. I already tried those in the past. Also selenium didnt do anything
Zinc and niacin you only take in low doses if you take valacyclovir - that is just because valacyclovir depletes zinc and niacin because it's metabolized through alcohol dehydrogenase.
Zinc would for sure make you feel worse on your own, because EBV uses zinc for replication. Without valacyclovir inhibiting that replication, the zinc would for sure make you feel awful. If you aren't on valacyclovir, you should go on a low-zinc diet (mentioned this in my first post).
The main combo is selenium, cysteine, glycine, high-dose vitamin D (or preferably 30-60 minutes per day of tanning), low-dose K2, vitamin C, low calcium diet. It all needs to be taken together. Just taking one thing won't do anything. Doing this in the context of a low-calcium diet would be best as well.
