Hi All,

I'm in the process of setting up the Hack Stasis with @barbaar (big help :)). We now own the domain wikihackstasis.com and are in the process of linking them. Our plan is to leverage the wiki for clearer and revised protocols (with no character limits) and common terms/words (i.e. what is the definition of fast oxidizer, snap back, refeed, redox, chelation etc.) so if you don't understand something you just go to that library and search just like wikipedia.

When it is fully up and running I will share the link with you guys, but this essentially will be the backbone library for HS making it easy for new users and existing members to search and research content from the forum.

Here is the link: Hackstasis Wiki

Thanks

I don’t think that high dose B vitamins protocol was part of electrolytes protocol. I think that was more of an experiment. I mean those are really high doses

I think electrolytes protocol should be with a regular dose complete multi or complete B vitamins supplement

I could be wrong

I think electrolyte (simple protocol) had that built-in vis a vis the spinach. Could be wrong, think spinach has B1, maybe B12 too or B6... maybe just B1. Likely just b1.

I think Helen and tubzy are still revising the electrolyte protocol. Until that's done it's probably best to go by the post on the forum here.

yeah i did my part of the electrolyte protocol I am waiting on @Helen to simplify and revise the "background" section down of it.

However, I'm going to add a so called "dictionary" or similar type page that has key words or terms with definitions, it is going to take me a while to do, but for anyone that wants to help all you need to do is contact @barbaar and he will setup an account for you so you can copy/paste and add content from here to the wiki, it would be very appreciated

its connected to the site here, we on the domain @barbaar setup the wiki. Its basically a backbone to the forum to help keep things more organized and essentially acting as a "wikipedia" for this forum.

Oh i though it might be some like a wikileaks and edward snowden put together. I feel like contributing to the transfer a little, if the work is not too excessive i might do this and that for some time.

Yeah feel free to add whatever you want @barbaar will set u up with an account, just send him a PM. If you can assist by adding things to the "Dictionary" page listed under "All Pages" that would be very helpful

If you want to end up with 20 different stickies over a bunch of different subforums, sure. This just makes it easier to keeps everything organised and searchable.

I swear that dude never actually reads any of my posts. Also there are character limits with stickies which is the reason why the electrolyte protocol can't be edited.

I think it would be good to have some theory articles on the wiki as well, such as discussions about andorogen receptors, 5ar, etc. I would be willing to contribute if I can get write access.
