Jelq: Natural Penile Enhancement

Hello all,

I'm a new member here, and before I start being annoying and picking the brains of you smart people, I'd like to contribute something your forum seems not to know about; Jelq.

Jelq is supposedly an ancient method of penlile enhancement founded in Arabia. A method supposedly older than Jesus, and renowned as the holy grail of enlargement lol it's definitely effective (yes I do it, it works lol) and is technically a form of bodybuilding and exercise hence why I put it in this forum.

The reason I bring this to light on your forums is that it's also been anecdotally reported (perhaps clinically too I just have not searched) to help with ED, particularly the physiological (blood flow) kind.

Hahahaha! That's true. I once almost got into a tussle with some local hoodlums and it was in front of my exchange student friends from Yemen, Jordan, Gaza, and Saudi. It's best to know a lot but keep great friends close of course. FOR me at least, some do fine with 4000 friends, I just can't.

I dont want to scare anyone of from doing it, just make sure you get your life sorted out first and are not under any stress/tension. I fucked myself up by going at it too fast too quick while being stressed out.
How long have you been doing it for?

Yes, jelquing can mess you up lol I've hurt myself with it too! I've done it for maybe 9 years? lol I had good results and then stopped for a bit because it can cause a loss of sensitivity and I was happ with improvements. Now I just do it 1-2x a week with basic 3 movements.

Have you also tried the bathmate? Bathmate and jelqing both help highly with blood flow. Just use a good oil with something like olive oil and maybe in combo with the nitrix oxide prtocol

I have not used one. I usually just warm up in a hot shower. So you think olive oil is ok? I guess I just get alittle worried about vitamin e toxicity in the testicles? Probably irrational lol but I try to be careful with my boys.

I think if you have sensitivity issues down there vitamin e can help. It should also help with the healing process after jelqing.

Yeah x2, that is why i used olive oil in the past. Coconut and emu killed my sensitivity in the past then i tried olive oil and noticed the opposite.

Hmm interesting. In the past i used to jelq with a mixture of olive oil and coconut and after that use castor oil to absorb it in. Havent paid attention to sensitivity back then but i always noticed increased thickness and better hang.

Maybe the olive oil or castor oil balanced it out? That was for me personally not sure if others have issue with coconut oil. It is a 5ARi but who knows really

See that's why I never would use coconut oil. I'm afraid of blocking 5ar and I'm pretty sure dht is what makes phallic tissue grow right?

Yeah, but i think mainly since DHT triggers nitric oxide release and stimulates VEGF

The muscle tissue of the corpora cavernosa is weird lol. So is this what dht does in every muscle? Or just the male unit in particular?
