Cold hands and feet are from low cortisol not high LOL.
People on Ray Peat forum are totally wrong about this.
You see there are 2 cases here.
Either potassium is high but you are missing NADPH and progesterone cant be converted to cortisol so you run on adrenaline only.
In that case we feed b1, phosphorus to get NADPH and BOOM back to normal ))
Second case potassium could actually be low and adrenaline is raised so you can hyperventilate and this can put more potassium into the cell.
CO2 is high since zinc is missing and there is no CA enzyme action and progesterone is not made since it will increase CO2 even more and put more pressure on adrenaline.
You need to test bicarb and CO2 in blood.
But this is not ALPHA lol. ALPHA is when you get balanced using food ONLY.
Since when you take minerals vitamins you push your body from one problem to another problem.
ANd then your body has to raise buffers because you take these insane amounts of supplements.
You see it all about PH. All hormones, minerals and vitamins do backflips, handstands and are raised/lowered by the body to keep PH optimal ))
