Starting my log thread. See my test thread for background info.

I received my TEI program supplements last week. So far I've noticed only slight changes, if any, which include more energy throughout the day and better digestion, in the sense that a big meal doesn't make me feel as sluggish. I've also made some lifestyle changes recently including getting more exercise and sleep, as well as quitting a job that was causing me a lot of stress.

According to TEI I am a slow oxidiser. The supplement program is attached below. From a dietary perspective they provided guidelines on macros and some specific foods to avoid/include. I tend to eat two meals per day, but TEI suggests I do three, which coincides with the supplement program. So I will try to eat three smaller meals and take all the supplements. By the way, for anyone interested in doing an ARL or TEI program, it's a shit ton of supplements to swallow per day!

I plan to stick with the program for 1-2 months. If I don't notice any improvements then I will move on to other potential treatments like Ella, R-Andro, or cabergoline.

Update:

I did the TEI program for about 3 weeks. During that time I continued to have what I described as better feeling digestion and more energy. However, there were no changes to libido and it caused some bad insomnia. Due to the insomnia I stopped after 3 weeks. Upon cessation, my digestion felt slow for a week or two, but eventually returned to normal. I may try the program again at some point but for now am focused on other things.

I've been looking into the RU/Ella/Progesterone experimenters and found the results promising, so I ordered some Progesterone creme (progesterall.com). I also ordered some Ella but it would take some time to arrive, so I did the progesterone creme for 14 days. I applied one "dot" of creme (probably 10-20mg) to various lean body areas every morning. I also took one pill of mucuna pruriens at night to supposedly keep prolactin from rising too high from the progesterone. During the 14 days I did not notice any significant changes in mood or libido, or anything really. Just felt like a normal two weeks.

I received the Ella so now I will stop the progesterone for a few days and begin an Ella cycle at 5mg for 6 days.

The ella pill is pretty small, I'm not sure how to cut it into 6 pieces easily. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know.

Good update mate. I am thinking about trying ella again too, prog mainly helped for erections and a bit on brainfog. I feel it might not be the full puzzle for pssd, but perhaps we need to try longer to know for sure.

Update:

It's now 3 days since I finished a 6 day 5mg Ella cycle. Nothing significant to report. I believe some people said it took a few weeks for noticeable changes to occur, so I might do that, or I might start another progesterone cycle in a few days. LMK any suggestions.

Tried taking 400mg B2 alone for about 10 days, as my tests show I am deficient in B2. There was a slight increase in energy levels but no changes regarding libido. Perhaps I should give it some more time, but I'm going to try B1 alone for a bit and see how that compares, as suggested by @Helen. Also might give anavar a go soon.

I think you need to balance the B's and not take just one in high dose.

From electrolyte protocol, as an example
"Bs ratios. 600 mg of thiamin HCL, 500 mg of B5, 100-200 mg of b6 and 250-500 mg of niacinamide, along with 3-10 mg folate and some B12 to balance out 100 mg of riboflavin. biotin 1000

SOME PEOPLE WILL DO BETTER ON more vitamin B2, than b1. So you can experiment with the dosages."

With your iron, it will take a lot longer than one week.

Been one week on anavar. I havent tested it but the source is reputable. Started at 5mg, bumped up by 5mg every 3 days, just took 20mg today. Will probably stay at 20mg for another week then stop. Also, I've continued taking B2 every few days.

Effects are subtle. Libido is increased slightly. I've masturbated more frequently. Erections seem a little harder. More morning wood. Numbness is not improved though. I also feel a little more stressed out.

Seems like a promising substance as I've tried tons of stuff, none of which has improved libido. It's too early to tell what is going on, I suppose it could be placebo effect or random fluctuation. But I'm excited to continue trialing this stuff. I wonder if doing multiple, short, low dose cycles is the way to go, or is there a better regimen.

Var blocks cortisol . and you have it low. thus all the pressure on adrenaline, this is why stressed out.

you have high DHT, high DHT releases aldosterone,. So you might have high aldo.

this high aldo kills potassium. This is why progesterone rises, to support extra potassium absorption. since progesterone rises, cortisol falls.

VAR by being weaker than DHT, blocks AR receptor this lowers aldosterone since you have less action of DHT.. as aldo falls down, potassium goes up and progesterone converts into cortisol since less of it needed since aldo fell.

I saw high progest and high aldo on Shadows bloods.

Usually b2, lowers 5AR. this causes lower DHT. , this lowers aldo. body retains potassium. and progesterone converts into cortisol and allopregnenolone.

IF someone is wasting potassium , progesterone wil never get converted into allo since it is needed/

High dose B2(+400mg) and high dose KCl snapback (after stopping) seem to be good options here.

Awesome stuff! Smart to go slow and see. I noticed in the body building world this dosage is seen as very low, too low for real muscle gains and they run it for 5weeks+. Still in our situation it makes sense to go up if needed but start this way not to make things worse.

@Jaxx I've now been 3 days off var. Things seem to be returning to baseline. I'll give it a couple more weeks before fully evaluating.

The libido boost I had in the beginning of the var cycle was the strongest. By the second week the libido gains were minimal. Keep in mind I started at 5mg and worked up to 20mg (10mg twice a day). So 5-10mg was strong enough initially to give me a libido boost, but after a few days it faded out, such that even with 20mg I felt less of an effect.

I also felt a little more stressed out and less motivated than usual during the cycle.

During exercise, I felt I had more energy.

Overall it was a positive experience, I would be willing to try another cycle. I will update in a few weeks with where I'm at.

"we have the cure" is something you say when 10 random PSSD people have been cured. This is likely to make at least some people very disappointed. (In a very optimistic scenario i would say).

And i love your efforts and knowledge, thats not the point. But only last month someone suicided over his condition, people expect a cure with these posts..... :0
Yes...and that's WHY we are working HARD on making IT (a REAL Cure) a Reality!!!
