Well - kinda' hard to do that if we NEED to Custom-Synth' The Primary Ingredients.
I'll just go through Tubzy, he 'should approve it (regardless of what @Helen says!).

It can 'at least be Published for Proof-of-Concept. :)

Proof of concept by collecting what helped people on here and PSSD forum and then making a formula and charging them for it?

CURE is when you take NOTHING. not when you are on it. like you are on 100 supplements a day

@Jaxx I've now been 3 days off var. Things seem to be returning to baseline. I'll give it a couple more weeks before fully evaluating.

The libido boost I had in the beginning of the var cycle was the strongest. By the second week the libido gains were minimal. Keep in mind I started at 5mg and worked up to 20mg (10mg twice a day). So 5-10mg was strong enough initially to give me a libido boost, but after a few days it faded out, such that even with 20mg I felt less of an effect.

I also felt a little more stressed out and less motivated than usual during the cycle.

During exercise, I felt I had more energy.

Overall it was a positive experience, I would be willing to try another cycle. I will update in a few weeks with where I'm at.

very similar to me except none of my stuff ever "leveled" off, I guess you could say it was more continuous for me (i.e. third week was better than first week). Also I know exactly what you mean about feeling good when exercising, I got that feeling as well, I felt really good in the gym too. How long was your cycle total? The stress part was kind of opposite for me, I may have been more "awake" per say due to the adrenaline, but stress didn't kill me or weaken my libido, I would be a bit more short tempered but I handled the actual stressors much better on var

Any update?

Now 1 week off var. My var cycle was 2 weeks for those wondering. Been having less morning wood than i did during the cycle. Could be returning to baseline low libido, also maybe T levels are lower. Wont know for sure without blood tests, which I may get in a few weeks. But overall I’m pretty close to how I felt before taking var.

As for next steps, probably gunna get some tests to see where Im at. Then I’m considering trying out a protocol to improve gut bacteria, or maybe pramiprexole.

thanks for the updates. I wonder if anavar is just not useful, or it is all about finding the right dose and cycling. Hard to find out without trying i guess.

Var is for those with high cortisol. Var basically teaches the body how to live with less cortisol

Im confused, wasnt the concern it was causing too much cortisol while on cycle?

you block cortisol , so the body has to learn how to live without it. it does not matter its level.

I think this is how it works. This is why they use var to get people out of chronic stress

Since people stress out and live on cortisol for a long time. body adjusts and learns how to live on high cortisol with zero potassium

it basically increases acetylcholine. And then this person starts having acetylcholine problems like POIS

@Jaxx and I assume for PSSD people. the body needs to learn how to live on cortisol more. Did anyone got cured from dexamethasone cycles?

It definitely gave me low cortisol and high adrenaline symptoms. Worsened premature ejaculation and very bubbly urine which are associated with adrenaline. I already stopped taking var after 4 days to see if short cycles would be beneficial. My libido and erections have been better since being off

why did you stop ? you are a fast oxidizer, so var should have tought your body how to live in slower metabolism

Not that i know of. Did a quick search and no real hits related to a cycle/cure.

Because I never figured out why a long cycle (2-12 weeks) would be more beneficial for PFS. The standard long cycle was good for those with high test. I don’t have high test and didn’t want suppression. I just wanted to see what a short cycle would do for me. I don’t mind having var on hand for the future though as more people try it (or don’t try it.)

Tubzy did not get suppressed anything after 3 weeks. His test actually went up)

but you are right, it is good to try it first and see what reaction you get.

Yeah I had insane libido and energy on day 1 but it dissappeared quickly. Scared of a crash so I stopped. But totally fine even after 1 day off. Just doing high dose b2, b12 and fast oxi supps for now.

I would assume since they overshoot with cortisol. if you take too much of it, you just fly into the opposite body chemistry of low adrenaline))

With hormones like that, I would assume it is important to take a dosage which balances your adrenaline with cortisol

this why body learns how to live in this balance. and then when you get off, body will do anything to get nutrients to get to this balance.
