Feeling cured or close to for a short period of time

Yesterday i did my 7. liverflush. My libido and erection seems to get a good spike while i am doing it. Not sure about it that... maybe its correlate what @Helen wrote in another thread:
Prolactin should be higher only in fast metabolism since prolactin retains calcium.

If prolactin is high in slow metabolism. This can retain calcium. And increase the need for potassium. Thus explains high progesterone in people.

If prolactin is high in slow metabolism. Means that the liver does not metabolize estrogen out. Fin impairs bile flow. since it lowers NADPH.

Bile is turned into bile acids with vitamin C and NADPH. and CoA.

So you need B vitamins , especially b1 and b2 to make bile , also b5. and fats in the diet. Vitamin E and C are recycled by glutathione.

This is why liver flushes help this incredibly also.

About my LOW DHT could it be that the 5AR is downregulated?
Are there any other fast oxidizers with bloodtest on this forum or i am the only one?

You can only ser fast/slow oxidizer on a hair test? Or you can tell by the thiroid activity also? I'm waiting for my hair test though I'm not sure if they tell me I'm fast/ slow oxidizer coz I did it in Portugal. But my metabolism was always fast until a month ago maybe now its changing. I have my blood samples in my log if you want to check

Hard to say if there is a correlation between oxidation type and thyroids activity.

Probably my mistake I've always tight that fast oxidation was fast metabolism leading to low tsh- hiperthiroidism but maybe I'm confusing some concepts

The last years i tested my Thyroid and TSH was always mid range/a bit high but never really low. I think TSH alone isn t very informative..

OK. But dispute the hair test if it doesn't say there clearle you are a fast or slow oxidizer you don't have other way to confirm it? Fast/slow oxidizer means fast/slow metabolism right? If it is all those years I was a fast for sure but noe after crashing I don't know.

Good to see someone getting tests. T looks ok. DHT is lower end of range, means perhaps lowered 5-aR activity like many PSSD/PFS’ers. Cortisol looks ok.

Even though B1/2 are in range, you could probably benefit from supplementing them. Given their importance and our condition, you probably want their levels to be on the high end if the range. You could try starting with a high dose B2 supplement every few days, and later try adding in B1. If you are doing ARL/TEI however, wait until you are off that.

I’m not sure serotonin blood tests can tell you what the levels are in the brain very well. It’s interesting your blood level is on the high end, because it is often theorized that PSSD leaves us with high serotonin in the brain. But again I dont think a blood test proves its high in your brain. That said, you might want to look into things that lower or antagonize serotonin.

You could also look into lowering prolactin and seeing what that does to you, since you can afford to lower your levels before running too low.

Doing things via nutrition/supplements is preferred but carefully done trials with neuro-active compounds or hormones could be interesting as well.

Anyway those are my initial thoughts.

You are right, serotonin tests are considered useless in psychology. Thats one of the reasons anti-depressants are a trial-and-error approach.

Thanks guys!!! My next step:

I will get bloodtests and hopefully urinetest for electrolytes next week so i maybe can compare with you guys especially with @barbaar

After this i go for high dose b1/b2 and others b in general (electrolyte protocol) + Vitamin C/E + Bile Acid + Lecitine (phospholipids) for about one month. That is some stuff @Helen wrote for supporting liver/gallbbladder for bileflow. In addition i do weekly liverflushes. I feel my stone is in the bile duct and thats pretty nasty to live with. PS: I wont sup any electrolyte and amino acids. I just eat very nutrtious food (spinach, brokkoli, many protein, good fats).

After this i do hairtest (trace elements). I do it so late because i am bald (mm-cut) and they need at least 1 to 2.5 cm from the hair. lol and that will take time...

I think you can actually use short hair. I've used hair between 0,5-1cm. You should ask your practitioner. I've asked mine and they said you can even use clippers and collect the hair from the back of your head. Make sure those a totally clean and contain no rust.

I did bloodtest for electrolytes and get a urinetest for them on friday i think next week i have my results and i post a summary.

@Helen. Short question about liverflushes: Today my doc did an ultrasonic and he said my gallstone is about 2 cm big. This damn thing is quite big. Should i still do liverflushes or is the stone too big for it? Should i try bile acids first to make him smaller?

Hi there, had a dozen of those.
My experience: water fast for two days. Then drink 1 -1.5 l apple juice for 3-4 days, this soften the stones. The rest seems clear.

You can replace apple juice with malic acid also.

@Helen mentioned if you feel the stones are stuck, drink more olive oil during the flush.

Taking bile acids and lots of malic acid(its in apples) the week before should help lots.

Already doing this stuff thanks guys. I am just curious if these large stones (2 cm) can pass through the bileduct (diameter of 4,1 mm to 7 mm) even though we take epsom salt...

Important is an empty gut.
Therefore water fasting or taking bitter salt.
More olive oil is very good - together with the juice of course.
