Does this look like this is all that’s missing based on my results?@Troy You can try to take b2 and see how you feel.
@Helen also will taking b2 temporarily lower my bioavailable copper until it gets it up again?
My bloods for copper and zinc were dead in the middle of the range.Just carefully try b2. and see how you react.
all I know that you had low potassium prior to potassium loading.
I did not see your hairtest before potassium loading.
May be you were low on progesterone , I have no idea. or you had high cortisol which was wasting your potassium.
If b2 does not work you can try copper or zinc.
My bloods for copper and zinc were dead in the middle of the range.
My b1 was high and b2 low.
Could taking potassium have affected either b1 or b2?
I’ll give b2 a go. I’ll start off small and slow.@Troy as I said, I dont know what you were prior to potassium loading. You are getting tested now in chemistry when you forced things in. look your renin, your other things. the body is not balanced yet after potassium loading. this is temporary chemistry.
this is why I told you try b2. will it help you or hurt you , I have no idea. Since body chemistry you are in are temporary . may be your body will retain b2 that was lacking before. Since your potassium was low. and you did not need b2
I’ll give b2 a go. I’ll start off small and slow.
Based on my tests, taking copper and zinc would be pointless as both are dead middle of the range.
The only things that showed from my tests were low copper in hair, high cortisol, high b1 and low b2.
Here’s hoping all the issues are due to just the high b1 and low b2. My gut tells me it likely is as there’s no indications of anything else in any of my tests.
Are you taking it with other bs or just on its own?1000mg a day B2 is doing great things for me.

How are you doing?
Nice. I’ll probably go a bit slower than you. My copper is lower than yours so just need to be careful in case this lowers it in the short term.Ya that is my complete stack, but its the addition of 1gram B2, that I started beginning of September, finally clearing up all oiliness and leftover plugged pores. Shedding has stopped, and feeling alot more energized in the mornings.
Bringing B3 up to 1gram is helping sleep, but just started that, so still waiting to see if it helps more.
Did you say b2 takes a while to replenish once it is depleted?
Still recovering from it. I'll update in a week's time when I should have stabilised again.@Troy how did u go when u stopped b2? did u snap back to a better baseline?
