Do you have an mthfr mutation?

Any chances your body doesn’t absorb b12 properly from most forms?

I used to get super drowsy every afternoon for years and years, mess my sleep cycle and everything

2 months of hydroxocobalamine b12 injections fixed it

Wild guess here but you probably retained too much magnesium with coffee usage.
Your body tried to reduce adrenaline signaling because you had caffeine floating around.
Now you are dumping the magnesium but potassium is leaving with it so progesterone rises and estrogen falls during a dump and you get a hotflash.
You will self adjust. No worries. Just dont take supplementary minerals so you dont prolong this.

Yeah i thought something like this was happening aswell. Progesterone is going up/im losing potassium. I feel pretty shitty right now though

If you are bloating from carbo drings, it might be very the case you have serious parasite problem. BTW everyone has them. They cause all sorts of problems, even undectiable pain. They eat 30% of the nutrition. I would address this. A guy here called bruschi, addresses this problem.

So its been a few weeks of eating at maintenance, including carbs. I feel like shit. I dont know why but my energy is extremely low. Im sleeping 12+ hours day. All i do besides work is sleep. I have little to no motivation to do anything, i feel no drive at all. It sucks. I dont want to feel like this but im completely out of ideas on how to change it

Have you thought about trying trace elements hair test. Based on your hair they will recommend a diet along with supps. I have had alot of success with it and others who are just getting into it are seeing good results.

I dont really believe in it. I think there must be a way to fix yourself without it

It's all about balancing. There are different routes besides tei, like fasting, juicing, electrolyte protocol, or detox protocols (liver cleanse).

I like tei because you are not going in blind because it's based off your hair. I believe there are certain situations where fasting for example could d more harm than good.

I think if I didn't have tei as an option I would do juicing.

I did a 30 day water only fast and it made me a lot better, results didn’t last though.

Was that difficult to do as an high-performance athlete? With your being a soccer player, I can't imagine you had much excess fat to burn for fuel.

@Nina only thing that makes sense for you is infection or virus.

You don’t have pfs or drug related disorder. You are in athlete . Sure you have EBV but we all do. There has to be something that has caused your decline.

You are reminding me of myself from years 23 and onward to 28 pre pfs. You’re just declining too rapidly and you know it. What makes sense is infection or virus.

Let’s be real here- only 1.7% of pathogens (disease causing organisms) are identifiable never mind something able to be tested for in bloods. So there is 99%+ chance that whatever is ailing you cannot he found in blood work.

So let’s just make your body an infection fighting machine. You don’t have to do TEI. I get it that’s tough and I didn’t like way it made me feel relative to ways I’ve gone about fighting disease on my own. I like combining electrolytes protocol with stuff I’ve learned myself.

Google “Abdulrahman cfs”. This is a cfs recovery guy- he had the disease for over 25 years. I’ll send u links. PM me.

I think if there’s anyone here that can relate to you on this forum here it’s myself. Just someone who has infection/virus beyond these post drug illnesses. And has learned all sorts of way in fighting this stuff.

Do the hairtest you fucked around with zinc and other supps right. On hairtest you can quickly see what imbalance you have. Now you are guessing. Or do hormone test.

I’ve done tons of tests actually.

Then make a plan around the results. Tests should show you what you lack and what you need to get back to/closer to homeostasis. I did same thing. Kept taking random shit.

Or you have something else going on which is not able to get fixed with mineral balancing/vitamins.

Thats what i did, but my tests are all normal besides cortisol being a little high which is why im stuck right now. Its not that easy, you know.
