--PFS was pretty inflammation increasing for me, esp during crash. And I had no need for inhalers for a bit, but I was also dying so... not really on net positive. --now not using them but at 70 80 and 90% + that's fine. AT 0% health... it's really not beneficial.
--actually maybe at times I did need inhalers, I just remember vaping weed and not wheezing so much.. while crashing. So ya asthma wasn't as severe... but what was about to happen, just like pssd and 20 other things, is way way worse than asthma. I'm canadian - from the cold areas, I've ran in minus 20 many times a bit - sprinted (that's a bitch, hurts a lot).
-But indoors, pretty strong, fit, and fast right now, and since March.
-Last year, so out of shape it was crazy, yet you could see a lot of definition that's bc of 2006-2016 training tho. Not bc of 2017 exercise (there was some, but certainly no sports, running, gym, etc - maybe one time. 2 max). Walks ya a lot but it was hard.
-Now I walk 4 mi like it's a joke, and lift 6-7d a week, but slowing down, bc of injuries, and really who needs to train this much.
-I do it for mental health and not losing my temper.
@Niles and many others will agree,
@bruschi11 that anti inflammatory diets helped us tremendously.
-I have food sensitivities but literally eating anything made me suicidal and gain like 20lb of water and or fat last year. With zero digestion... so, inflammation was insanely high.
