I think I got it

The reason why many people have PFS is down to two major physiological processes:

1) The body has formed antibodies against the finasteride-NADP+ 5α-reductase adduct, which persistently also blocks the enzymatic activity of the newly synthesized 5α-reductase either through a learned Th1 immune response to existing protein sequence or against a new polymorphism of the enzyme.

2) The Th1/Th2 ratio is elevated and may spill over to other inflammatory responses as the body tries to eliminate the presence of finasteride binding to a number of enzymes, receptors, and oxidative cofactors.

In case #1, as far as I can tell, it is a more selective immune response, and you are pretty much fucked. Live a good lifestyle and hope your body reverses the immune imprinting.

In case #2, there should be elevated serum levels of INF-y, do a blood test first before you proceed. Cut out all high-zinc foods, do not take vitamin E, D, B6 and B9 supplements. You may take Selenium, chromium, and calcium. Medicine only minocycline antibiotics, Cialis and Wellbutrin low doses, nothing else, no cypro, aspirin, nothing. Anything that agonizes PPAR-a is good, lowering PPAR-y is good. Try to get sun/UVB light, exercise/overtrain, fast, eat sushi with soy and sesame seeds, pineapple, eggs, lecithin, and high histamine fruits.

As always, I am not a medical professional. I take no responsibility for the above. Tread at your own risk.

you just outlined high and low histamine cases/

Fast and slow oxidation.

No one is fucked in any oxidation. TEI regulates these cases, of high and low copper.

Chromium lowers copper and potassium and selenium increases thyroid. This is what TEI gives slow oxidizers.

The second case is increasing copper and potassium. Which many people already got cured on this forum

Very dangerous to say you aren’t a medical professional and then say so confidently you are fucked if you fall into case one.

A lot of guys here can be in pretty bad mental places with this. Reading that is dangerous for some people.

And you came up with these theories? How?

Só basically if we are case one , all we can do is pray and wait or buy a glock and blow our brain? Amazing...

@RedStaR you go for some reason thru the immune system. but glutathione redox status regulates th1/th2 ratio.

thus NADPH FADH balance is important. Copper , iron balance.

glutathione redox status is impaired in about 80% of PFS people , This comes from tests.

glutathione redox problem will put balance more into TH2 side.

So according to you , most people are FUCKED))

Asthma people have low th1/Th2 ratio. Since they have low glutathione redox.

You just look at the outcome, when the problem is in GR receptor which regulates HDC and histamine. And this then controls TH1/Th2

you need to understand that AR and GR overexpression or zinc finger signaling controls all of the Ppars etc. since it will regulate NADPH and FAD production.

those are the outcomes of the real problems. Immune system impairment is the outcome of the original mineral imbalance .

this is why if we fix AR and GR signaling, we will fix immune system

The goal is to fix the regulation of NADPH and FADH and 450P enzymes, Iron sulphur clusters.

PFS people already had problems with glutathione, that is why they GOT PFS.

Look at me, fin hardly effected me ever, until I took it during the chelation with EDTA which lowerd my glutathione, taking fin in that state caused a huge crash

It would be akin to autoimmune condition. But just because I can't think of a solution, does not mean one is not there. Alternative medicine has found solutions to AI conditions, even though there isn't any in mainstream science.

A carnivore diet, or a long fast would be a temporary solution.

Water fast healed like 14 and later like 20 22/of 34 -36 issues of mine, so not sure how it's temporary. I'm talking 9mo later. On Randro and 4andro. On nothing. On Tei, for instance.
Most of alternative medicine is bullshit too.

Redstar it doesn't matter if there is case 1 or case 2. I worked my ass off 20 21 22 onwards and most yrs before that (but way easier back then), and guess what solved PSSD with zero debate or outside help. SO wtf... do you, that's it.

Did you measure bloods from PFS guys so you can base your statement on something? What is this based on?

Otherwise it is easy to make statements like this. I can write a text like this too in 5 minutes.

Dude, it is correct statements. th1/th2 balance. low or high cortisol) we know that we have problems wit cortisol signaling in PFS

this has nothing to do with th1 /th2 , th1 / th2 imbalance is the outcome of cortisol signaling. Do we have this imbalance , of course we do, IS it a reason for PFS, NO

This is like to say, oh I have fibrosis and this is the cause of my PFS LOL

OK @RedStaR sorry bout that.

My cortisol is not high on test that I did though. It is in middle. My DHT is low-normal. Only thing that is high is progesterone (out of range) and the prolactin (not out of range).

Or is it also cortisol receptors.

I'll tell you what. Eat a lot of blue cheese for one day. Just blue cheese and beef/shrimp only. Then come back again tomorrow.

You're welcome.

@RedStaR I like drinking wheat and hops filled beers and swimming in the lake, with sardines. Felt 1000% cured.

Yea sardines have beneficial effect. I also ate shrimp for a while. Definitely gave me GABA-like effects on some days - glycine maybe or the copper content. This was when my anxiety was high constantly.

A lot of these foods can help to implement them in the diet. So these are good tips.

-Sardines probably fine for Fast 1, likely TEI recommends it. For Slow 1 they say don't eat it. So maybe good for fasts and bad for slows.
-Sardines like Pisces can go either way. It's the phosphatty and or choline perhaps, but also just good source of fat I guess... maybe protein also. --Properly sourced = best.

It isn’t autoimmune. But fighting it like autoimmune conditions (eliminating pathogens, re-nourishing system with nutrients, fasting) is great way of going at it.

If you just fight pfs like modern alternative medicine suggests, you’ll win. It just takes time, money, and figuring yourself out.

There will never be a one size fits all cure for this. Modern humans are far too unhealthy to suggest this. Most with severe mental symptoms have a lot worse stuff going on than just a Finasteride imbalance.
