So you are saying its purely a zinc finger or receptor issue with me

manganese is used up to detox ammonia. And if potassium was low that caused a lot of ammonia. and may be a lot of manganese was used up in arginase enzyme

You need a lot of testing to access people metabolism. Not just certain tests , but all tests.

Carherine told me she cant ship trace elements to Australia ~_~

march, if she cant ship to austalia, means that there is a some company which sells it in australia already.

IF you cant buy in australia, you can call TEI directly and tell them your problem and ask Catherine to ship it to you.

I am sure it will be possible.

.

Shawn Bean, nutritionist with similar health ideals to you looked at my minerals in blood before my diagnosis and said “manganese depleted, I think you have mycoplasma.” Ammonia is major byproduct of mycoplasma.

I always do better with higher or stronger cortisol. Potassium system strong as you say.

Just reading your stuff on the daily just helps me understand my system, health history so much more. )))))

Dudes on propeciahelp, other websites who downplay how much you’ve helped this community is literally incredible. The leaders there who make the word “hackstasis” un-typable over there legit should be physically castrated.

We are what 14 months in- we’re learning a lot from you. ))))))))

Who cares about the PH guys. This place is about getting better. PH is victimhood-city. It is not bad website but I always "walked" around it in a big circle. It was never helpful for me psychological. And psychological state is important to beat this.

I don't feel any connection to the other finasteride websites because they attract wrong type of people IMO. This and Ray Peat forums was first time I saw people have "rational" discussion and putting ideas out there without all drama.

Yea sometimes people are a bit down but then they get back on the horse and push forward. This is part of the process.

This is like a red pill for health. People trying shit out & backed with theories/hypothesis by Helen. Let's keep this place strong & healthy.

I just hate the fact that the biggest, well known website for pfs is so anti-us essentially. Like there are a lot of people who think they have no chance out because of the freaking dimwits. Who knows how many suicides that site could’ve caused?

Worst thing is they have a writer like Axoloti who is a good writer and makes it seem like he knows everything pfs. And people latch onto him.

Just how people latched onto me eventually at solvepfs in mid 2017. I had zero idea what I was talking about saying pfs was autoimmune and IVIG and plasmapherisis were possible ways out. People believed me and were looking to get these treatments done lol smh.

People want to believe people in similar circumstances when doctors downplay their issues. So they find this “genius” axoloti and website backed by the pfs foundation and they believe this idiot.

Lol I just can’t stand that guy. I can’t help it. He disrespected me so much on so many occasions. And I know that he is helping nobody and renders himself and awor heroes.

Yea man I understand. Can't save them all though. Support is always good but getting healthy yourself and then helping others is important. When I get 100% better I will help others get through it and give tips whenever I have time. Now I focus on getting better myself though.

The people who need to find Hackstasis will. I found it too. By just browsing Google, found TubZy's posts on Ray Peat and found out he was on Hackstasis with Helen and other PFS guys.

Check out this for b1/thiamine :

[Transcript] - What Happens If You Take Too Much Creatine, A Notorious Deficiency On High-Protein Diets, How To Become A Nutrition Ninja & More With Chris Masterjohn. - Ben Greenfield Fitness - Diet, Fat Loss and Performance Advice

Chris masterjohn says one of the key reasons people feel more energy on keto is that to burn carbs you need twice the thiamine (brainfog after a carb rich meal is one indicator). So the most thiamine sparing diet is high fat high protein (bs from the protein)

... or i guess just supping the b1.

@Nina wonder if this relates to yoy

Actually thiamine has a weird effect on me which im pretty sure is because i have high acetylcholine levels. Thiamine gives me allergies/chemical sensivities and makes me depressed. I tried supplementing it a year or so ago because i read it helps sugar metabolism, never again.
