Long-term treatment with antidepressants increases glucocorticoid receptor binding and gene expression in cultured rat hippocampal neurones | Request PDF
Interferon-α-induced modulation of glucocorticoid and serotonin receptors as a mechanism of depression
Antidepressants enhance glucocorticoid receptor function in vitro by modulating the membrane steroid transporters
As we also got the study recently which shows hypermethylation and changes in epigenome , this all matches the above studies, that show that GR receptor is OVEREXPRESSED in PSSD.
this explains low metabolism in people , some people have low ACTH ,low cortisol.
Also people that I saw tests from have high histidine in urine or in blood. meaning that there is no conversion of histidine into histamine
Cortisol controls conversion of histidine into histamine. and if GR is overexpessed. Cortisol stops this conversion. this forces the body to close down NADPH and zinc finger.
so Zinc is being lost and b1 is not being spent , and NADPH is being killed by NADPH oxidase. this is why B2 is so low, since NADPH oxidase is FAD enzyme
Zinc finger is the receptor of DHT also. SO DHT i usually high in these people and androgen receptor is also gets overexpressed. Also 3-adiol levels is usually low. since the body tries to conserv DHT.
Could be also DAO components problem. or ALDH and AO( aldehyde)
