BTW, @Helen.
32% Eastern Europe or Russian, although 14% of that is Polish so I guess I'm ONLY 18% RUSSIAN LOL.
Although Ukrainian is included in that as well, so probably more like 16.5 % Russian, I am.
Guess you got me BEAT, huh? LOL.

I thought your last name was Derusso? You are Italian right? Or is it Gregory?

De'Russo is my Cousin...he writes part time but I've taken over (largely).
I am also Calabrian (Perri, Morabito) and Sicillian (Sciabarassi, Lucca, Ross), SO lots of Italian, YES....but he is MORE-SO Sicillian, he is nearly 85% Italian!
@Boris @Helen @RebelWithACause @MNK99.
My Cousin (as well as JAY's) is Giuseppe Perri...big-time bad-boy in Canada. (don't need to say specifics on here, LOL).

@Area-1255 now there is 2 of you. 3 of you, 5 of you . Shit.
Haha! No brother we have MULTIPLE writers. Me and Jason BOTH play big roles. I deal with the Mathmatical stuff and Financial stuff as well as interplay between Companies (collecting payments, funding charities, connecting with Life-Extension organizations)...so I deal with all the HARD-WORK and write about 70% of the Articles on the Site!
Anything under "AMx" is ME. Whereas the Articles under Jason are his.
We also have SEPARATE nicknames...to make things clearer!
I'm "AMx ReBorN" or" Ascended Master X"
Jason is "Mr.X The Wise".

NOT saying it's healthy. BUt tons of palpitations around 18-22 probably 24 and beyond at times, sometimes this year (like 5 days). BUT literally all the time in late teens/ 21 or so a bit. I didn't give a fuck. Probably hurt Stud's feelings tho. Where is the little motherfucker anyways.
*Obviously you should give a fuck - and I did at times, just kept forgetting, but no effexor and stuff... got rid of it. Came around time anxiety attacks got really bad, but effexor probably made em worse, baseline now rare. --and yeah I did some drugs by accident after that, but still not quite as bad as then. Perhaps vodka and cocaine and smoking but that was short lived. It was the city's fault. ALright partially my fault, whatever. anyways

--HAHA. You told me to quit. I DID mostly... haha. I miss you too bro.
--Planning future stuff. Told fam what's up (vaguely but in a good, patient, nice way). And saw relatives in the states. Was off a bit. Saw a little cousin very sick. Very sad, but his parents doing rite thing. It could be "random" but supposedly 5-6 kids in that area got super sick... maybe the water. Neuro diseases or cancer. like 6+ families (some family friends, and others I don't know). He's a damn good kid and his family is super positive.
-BTW wtf is wrong with New Jersey? There are things there called : "Turkey Vultures". It's like hell. --Wasted like 200 dollars at whole foods there... but I couldn't eat all vegan.
-barely ate like 3 weeks. Walked this dog a lot, she would follow me everywhere, but she does not listen. Only "Half fetches" (does not return the ball).
-Seriously I bought like tuna, meatballs, salmon... and coffee... I guess I spent it elsewhere also... Some Italian place. And also a smoothie place. Met some fitness guy there, exchanged contact info for marketing.

- @Helen, I think I slept 32 days in a row where it was 5-8hrs or so. 5 less than 8x, and 7 like 20+ times. I don't think I recall a time like that. --on medical cannabis this year, but I woke up feeling a bit dumber (less focused then)... and also this TEI changes moods in a healthier/ more sustainable way. Sleeping 8hrs like puberty or early teens, pretty crazy. -Also feel like more gains and can cut fat easier in gym with less exercise. Still i go a lot but mostly for mental health. Could just walk and be in shape/ but can't quit now. --Helps focus and organization a lot (lifting, running, walking too). --I can finally sleep without sleep mask again -- lost it somewhere... ill get one more tho.

nice man, you seem a lot calmer and collected. It is nice that the sleep is improving, you need that.

-So how long have you been doing hair testing if you don't mind?
-Also I found some reassurance bc the Lab Services in this province does hair testing, so some medical use is for sure done.
-Plus lots of research on b1, b6, and other minerals made me think why not. It's good but obviously takes time, but yeah definitely calmer. Feel good to be alive most the day.
-Depressed minutes sometimes hours but maybe depression like 3/30 days. -3 - 4 hrs max once or twice. But taking TEI earlier and with a meal/ fixed it quickly.
-Think I need to take it like 4-5am and not sure what time for nightly dose... maybe 4-5pm maybe more like 7-8pm.
-It's strange in a horrible state feel like "I NEED THIS GONE NOW". But much improved, feel like if it takes time it's ok, because it's improving life anyways (beyond what I thought). Not to sound like a hallmark card, but yeah optimistic. --so can think clearer... realizing all of life stuff will take time... and i lost a few yrs but not like 10 or anything/ and we all lose time in life, but as long as we're disciplined and make everyday count -- and take the good with the bad, it will be fine in the end. ==fine now, but always striving for better - but realistically not in 1 day or 30days. Thanks man. You were rite about TEI.

Long-term treatment with antidepressants increases glucocorticoid receptor binding and gene expression in cultured rat hippocampal neurones | Request PDF

Interferon-α-induced modulation of glucocorticoid and serotonin receptors as a mechanism of depression

Antidepressants enhance glucocorticoid receptor function in vitro by modulating the membrane steroid transporters

As we also got the study recently which shows hypermethylation and changes in epigenome , this all matches the above studies, that show that GR receptor is OVEREXPRESSED in PSSD.

this explains low metabolism in people , some people have low ACTH ,low cortisol.

Also people that I saw tests from have high histidine in urine or in blood. meaning that there is no conversion of histidine into histamine

Cortisol controls conversion of histidine into histamine. and if GR is overexpessed. Cortisol stops this conversion. this forces the body to close down NADPH and zinc finger.

so Zinc is being lost and b1 is not being spent , and NADPH is being killed by NADPH oxidase. this is why B2 is so low, since NADPH oxidase is FAD enzyme

Zinc finger is the receptor of DHT also. SO DHT i usually high in these people and androgen receptor is also gets overexpressed. Also 3-adiol levels is usually low. since the body tries to conserv DHT.

Could be also DAO components problem. or ALDH and AO( aldehyde)

Would the TEI hair test sort all off this out in the personalized plan? I'm a newbie.
