March, why don't you go on the full program?

It seems copper and b2 what you needed. as I told you. test white blood cells after while and see if they went up
Dont have the $$ for a retest and full batch of new supplements at the moment, but I plan to do that after the next test... i will do that in 3 months or so

Sym-pack seems to make me super hungry. I've been chowing down but I think a problem is i've been having too many carbs. After my carb binge and exercising yesterday, my dry eyes and dandruff came back with a vengence. Being a fast, and maybe accutane messed me up in this area too, I feel like I should probably increase my fat intake to psycho levels. Especially after @mattyb 's post on EFA deficiency.

Hey, dry eyes are from low acetylcholine in your case. you have both dry eyes and oily skin, this means that you cant use fats for energy, and fats cant go far enough to become acetylcholine.

Acetylcholine is what produces tears.

oily skin tells you that you have plenty of fats in blood and we see this from your hairtest, the body constantly tries to activate adrenaline and increase fatty acids in blood.

But those fatty acids have problems to be transported and thus you have low acetylcholine. May be carnitine synthetis. etc.

TEI tries to restore all of this . And taking just sympack or this or magnesium or eating some diet. will absolutely do nothing for you especially since you are post accutane.

You need to get rid of accutane, and also need to restore your conenzyme A and acetyl CO production.

This is what Orion is doing.

I find myself not wanting to drink the magnesium rich sea minerals now, unless im exercising.

Perhaps before I was badly magnesium deficient, but now i only am when i burn it up playing sports.

Still, water tastes bad by itself, so instead i've got a more normal electrolyte drink that i've been enjoying (150mg sodium, 50mg ca, 50mg Mg, 50mg K)

BTW I went on a ketogenic diet a few years ago, only for a month, but it was the only thing thats cleared up my white tongue before. It was clear a week after i started keto and for the following 4 weeks until stopped (too restrictive).

Im guessing keto forced my body to burn fats?

Acetylcholine seems to be made by Mn (low in my hair test test), b1 and c

Unfortunate for me that Mg is a metabolic antagonist... fuck.

I wonder why Mn was low to begin with though. .. i was eating lots of rice.

march, what happened, you had a little rebranding? LOL

try carnitine supplement. and if that helps. then you can concentrate on making your own carnitine.

Do you think just following TEI will get rid of accutane? Or do you think i need to do some kind of vitamin A depletion diet?

BTW I don't have much $$$ at the moment, currently saving up for another TEI test + supps. Do you think I should buy the carnitine and delay the TEI or just wait and go on the TEI?

I am now highly suspect i'm lowering my Mn from all this Mg and that is why my eyes feel so bad, after i read acetylcholine is made by Mn, C, and B1.
I also probably dont get enough vitamin C through my diet....

It is strange since I am a fast oxidiser that I have low Mn. I would of thought Mn is high in fasts. To slow down you need more Ca, Cu and Mg... but Mg and Cu are metabolic antagonists for Mn and Ca is an absorption antagonist

Maybe I should take a Mn supplement with a beer LOL beer is an absorption synergist...

accutane is fat soluble, man.

You need to fast and probably deplete vitamin A, to accutane is used up faster.

Plus you need to push all the systems that use up vitamin A system. follow Orion.

I dont know if TEI would be faster or not. may be. since orion never tried. it.

I would def do tons of liver flushes.

Usually copper and vitamin A is in inverse rel in the liver.

Thats interesting, more vitamin A = less copper? Maybe I am just fast because of accutane then...

I have a problem though, my GF has had disordered eating experiences in the past. I can't do fasting around her, it will fuck us up. Even dietary changes are problematic...
Liver flushes should be OK though.

Actually looking at tennis players, I think Stan Wawrinka looks like a slow oxidiser. He is a fckn beast, and the longer he plays the better he gets. He plays tennis but he has a thick neck like a rugby player, and he has thick hair. It would make sense playing tennis etc makes him more balanced.

I use Wawrinka as an example because he has acne scars on his face like me. I wonder if he didn't use accutane though. We're all fasts until age 10 or so right, so maybe i just went super slow as a teen and had heaps of copper in my liver with made my acne worse? Where Stan exercised it out, I just hopped on accutane.

Comparatively you have Djokovic who withers like a flower in the heat and is super skinny, looks like a fast oxidiser i guess.

yeah, Stan looks slow. or may be 4 highs. SLOW under stress

How do you distinguish a slow from a 4highs slow? How do they look different? I remember Ben Greenfield is a slow 4highs too

BTW I just had a thought: A lot of people who take accutane complain of pain in their joints and ligaments ec too, as well as no energy.

Copper is essential to form collagen which is joint bone and skin health.... Also retains calcium and slows people down. I bet all these "no energy" post accutane people are like me, overworked adrenals that burn out and fast oxidation, with low stress tolerance

All the pieces of the puzzle starting to fall together..

Orion's approach is a great example of discipline and research necessary to get out of those health issue
However let's not forget he doesn't suffer from the sexual issue people PF or PA have, nor the typical dry eyes/skin PA people suffer from
His protocol is great and I believe a good majority will benefit from it but some would need adjustment in my opinion as he is a special case, almost opposite of mine

Still, I may be wrong, and could heal with his approach even with different symptoms. I hope so even

@Aleksandr You and Orion might be in a similar position, or body chemistry
If it can help your research, I was what you described as " low energy people post accutane " ( issue resolved now ) but as a slow oxidizer it seems, referring to my hair test. never really had issue with joint/ligaments. Calcium and Copper were prohibited by TEI.

But by the time I tested the hair, I was already 3 years into PAS: had I sent my hair in the first 6 months PA, I might have come out as fast oxidizer, that's how complex it is . Retesting now might be different too and I might come out as fast, though I still feel like a slow oxidizer. I don't think it's too uncommon to go from slow to fast

Long story short I think one could change his metabolism, and still suffer from the same issue , especially when triggered by a drug that oftentimes operate within special enzymes or receptors . That said being in a " balanced " metabolism would definitely facilitate the healing process

The longer I go on zero vitA diet, the better things are getting. My recent water fast really jump started things for me, and the zero vitA refeed is doing great things.

Definitely try some fasting, even short ones and eliminate all carotenoid and retinol foods, reports are showing that 1-6 months might be needed, then you can get less restrictive, but you really need to dump the 1000's of mg of accutane that was stored in liver and fat tissues.

Got my 16th liver flush done this weekend, they get easier and easier on the body, I remember the first 5 or 6 really fucking me up.
