Question for those of you who have been doing TEI for some time. So, I’m now two months into my three month cycle. All of a sudden, I have been getting nauseous when I take my supplements. I can understand that happening when you initially start taking the them, but why would that be happening now? After this long? They have me on about 10mgs of copper per day. I was wondering if maybe I’ve hot my limit, or if it’s something else that could be causing it. Anyone experienced this?

Is there are reason why NONE of the TEI supps (and i think also ARL) containing B 2 at all but all other B Vitamins. I mean in the last month on hackstasis you can see many discussions/bloodtests involving B 2 and it's importance??

I WAS WRONG! SRY

where do you get this? sympack has b2, megapan has b2. copper plus has b2.

Plus tei gives more B6. since most of the processes are controlled by b6, and b2 makes b6

But I agree, I dont know why they dont go high dose b2 for some case. may be they know something we don't

It seems to work really well on electrolytes protocol

@Helen maybe too high b2 will speed up processes too much and they want to get a more controlled approach.

I figured as much. So, what did you do? Do I stop taking the copper? Or is this another one of those moments in TEI that you just have to nut up, and power through? Don’t want to stop too early, but also don’t want to end up in a situation where I overload my copper.....

NUT UP & POWER THROUGH ;)

There is a reason why they give you the copper.
Are you taking any zinc?

They recommend a lot of copper to me as well. I haven't started yet. My plan is to lower the dose of everything but keep them all in the same ratio. Then after one cycle, I will re test.

I’m all for it! That said, what gives me pause is that it has started after already taking all that copper for two months now. I would think the issue would have come up early on, not later. That’s my only hesitation.

Can you please share their sup recommendations to you?

I know Vitamin D works like that. It’s a fat soluable substance. You may be reading that you need something, but once you hit your limit, the nausea sets in.

Lower the amount of time u take the program per day. Like if you are doing it 3 times drop it down to two like mornimg amd evening. Also, if you are on two months already I would get a retest and see where you are at you could be changed already

Or maybe just take your copper dose only once at night and a smaller dose at that.

-Copper alone (many things really, but I think even way before Fin, copper would make me sick if I tried it, seemed quite harsh) alone made me feel very bad. With TEI, great.
-At first not so great, and when I start again, I am sure I will have some digestion hit. - Also, at first on TEI -- it helped sleep and mood and asthma a ton, but I think sleep issues started to come back quickly. -It's been a couple weeks off, waiting for restock. --It's good tho. --also maybe some of that time, HCl caused more anxiety, but gone quickly.

Im about to send in my hair and will follow the protocol for a year. I will also go on on TRT for the year as well as low dose HCG and progesterone.

I was wondering your guys thoughts on the negative publicity hair tissue analysis labs have gotten. Most of what I’ve read says the interpretations aren’t reliable

-lots of bs. -- one cool doc i know (like 15 yrs, kind of grew up together), he sees merit in it. - others say ridic. -- but also lots of negative online publicity is a bunch of bs., like scamwatch or quackwatch. yeah, they're right about Kevin Trudeau (7 yr old me could see that). But in general, they say a lot of dumb things.
-Helped my mood (diagnosed some craziness -- they're idiots tho), also insomnia (clear as day, I have fucking insomnia). -- and asthma (coughed 800 000 times).
-anyways, helps.
-also my most jacked friends, who run the best gym in toronto (that I could find, there are some crazier ones but they're only for specific things) use trace elements (not really TEI) for a lot of stuff.... (anxiety, focus, I'm pretty sure LBM gains -- or actually that was Choline more).
--Zn and Cu and B6 were all mentioned in discussions with them.

---TEI with nearly zero side effects for a "maybe bipolar II or maybe just ADHD + other shyt)." or Lithium and a bunch of other crazy shyt... (RX lith), like Lamictal, or Carbamazepine... -- well the latter = bald asap, and also zombie mode. --_Also : Makes you dumb enought to think [taking Finasteride is an okay thing to do].

--TEI = euphoria ( a bit, it wasn't like crystalized amphetamine), and happiness and all that bullshit, day one.
--no inhalers, ran out of tei, feel asthma a lot now, but still worked out a lot...
-doing short fast, just to be lean and also help digestion a bit, as I wait for postal workers to make their way with my packages, despite their deceitful and treacherous ways.

-happier around people too. Can just roll my eyes or go outside. Don't need to throw plates or punch the walls.

-short water fasts 2-7 days, I notice high E.Q., on day 2 -3 easily. --that's not why I'm doing it tho. Sure helps, but doing it for other reasons. --also, will conclude TEI in 9mo+ for fin and longer for other stuff.
-Also, yeah it isn't PTSD from war, but, It can help emotional trauma, coping mechanisms, a general state of wellbeing, all that stuff.
-I kind of hated on it, but like it now.

-google scholar: things like : "Mg and dopamine", B2 and dopamine, B6 and prolactin and dopamine, etc, etc. --posted a lot a while back/ recalling all = difficult. enjoy.

I just switched to TEI, but I might only stay there for one cycle. When I compare the ingredients, ARL includes way more minerals. TEI doesn't give me anything for my low calcium, or don't add zinc when they include copper, for instance. I find their suggestions to be rather weak. I am now getting sym pack, copper plus, vitamin E and digestive sups. All these sups only contain one mineral and that is copper. The rest consists out of amino's and vitamines. Not sure if TEI also hands out glandulars, but I always got them on ARL. Could be that they read my hair test results and think I don't need any, ofcourse, but I just think it's a rather weak supplement advice compared to ARL.

Personally I got a lot of minerals from first hair test: manganese, chromium, calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc. I think they just looked at your hair test and this is what you need now.

Better choose 1 and stick with that. But who knows maybe it helps both ways (ARL -> TEI, TEI -> ARL)
