Buy Phenibut it is a GABA agonist similar to GHB and easy to find. GHB from a dealer you do not know what you are getting.

Take 1000mg Phenibut ED. Then take R-Andro 200-400mg ED with that for a month.

Then get ready for a tough week of withdrawal (insomnia, higher anxiety).

They’re a lot different man. I did this research way back when. I was looking at this aspect in ‘17. But who knows. That’s something @Helen could give better view on.

But options of GHB, mirtazapine, phenibut, what else ?

There are also some people who can’t handle cortisol blocking DHT derivatives such as anavar. Maybe we need to look at DHT derivatives that increase (or don’t touch) cortisol for some. And anavar for those with high enough cortisol.

I don’t know. We have our expert here. I’m just thinking out loud.

Low dose test plus thyroid, is a stilt for PFS. since it increases both testosterone and Estrogen, but LOWERS DHT.

When you come off, you lose all effects.

Remember that boy JUSTQUIT o r something like ran this protocol.

I mean it is fairly obivous that when some people block Action of DHT in DHT sensitive tissues, they feel recovered. in that moment when DHT action is BLOCKED

When you block action of DHT by something which is weaker than DHT by a lot.( anavar) your brain lowers methylation of the DNA and you feel testosterone in testosterone sensitive tissues. which momentarily increases nitric oxide production since nitric oxide synthase is IRON enzyme.

This is why testosterone and DHEA are high in CSF of PFS people.

Welp... our amazingly motivational friend Chi over on Propeciahelp found a way to make GHB at home.

Ummm maybe we can all start doing so? Anyone have a nice tutorial??? Stuff is so expensive on black market.

Secondly.. Mirtazapine/remeron. This is an antidepressant that I used last year. It definitely increases ALLO and immediately when I went on this last year- nocturnal erections, ability to achieve erection improved drastically.

There are guys that have used mirtazapine in past who have come off to doing quite a bit better. For instance, there was a cop in England who was in mental asylum, worst of worst mental symptoms. He spoke of his impending suicide on PH all the time.

He went on mirtazapine and worked on health for awhile and eventually all mental symptoms were gone and he was able to stop the drug.

@Concerned how is mirtazapine going for you?

Protein digestion/EAAs thus far has been best thing for me in terms of sexual Pfs. Which makes sense as what you describe above. But obviously, when mental, physical issues are much better, I get much stronger effect from them.

For mental, physical issues. Like chi, working on immunity, clearing pathogens, toxins etc. has been best thing for me. But again the protein digestion/EAAs give more sense of normality, stronger cortisol (stress response).

I feel like it’s a no brainer that a portion of this community would do best beginning with a just pure health based protocols like TEI, fasting, cdnuts, strengthening gut health etc.

Then we move to the actual imbalance above Helen describes. It’s painfully obvious that this issue is deep and you gotta put yourself in best place for your body to reverse this thing. If you’re ill with bunch of problems non-pfs, beating pfs seems pretty unreasonable. @wuf @freeflow (cold hands and feet signifies something) @Slayo

Could mirtazapine be substitute for GHB? Increasing 5ar, allo and running DHT derivatives with it?
All I can tell you is that I was in touch with Chi.
He got cured not because of ghb but because of what it is already listed in this forum. Diet supplements and sport.
I did try ghb and it is just a drug. So it is a big guess if it can damage you further or. Make you better.

Yup, I know he didn’t credit it for his recovery at all. And I believe him when he says it didn’t.

Point I was making is that he made it at home.

I think it is really dangerous to try stuff randomly with no sense. I did and I damaged me even. More.
Or TEI or holistic approach little by little as Chi did.

because one has PTSD and another one cant sleep and does not tolerate stress.

I did a TEI hair test. I am waiting for results - would be nice to see if there’s something that will cure PTSD. Would love to get a few of my buds from back in the day on it if so - they’re barely making it in society.

I’m also interested to see mine versus @Goose12. We’re both Post SP and he’s almost cured from that/PFS and I no longer have any issues from it/PFS.

It could work. DHT + GHB at same time is different from just taking GHB. But still I agree with your point. It is risky.

How are you doing BTW

Cool man. it will be interesting indeed to see your test after all that you have done.

I agree. Let’s hope that living out of a suitcase lately and drinking heavily don’t skew my shit too bad, LOL.

I am on a rollercoaster.
Sexually I'm up and down.
Going from 100% to 20%..very weird.
I think our main issue is Adrenal fatigue.
All people i have seen recovering has followed adrenal fatigue protocol to recover. They are to many who recovered this way as Chi did.
Sure it will take a long time.
I did exercise 3 days ago and I feel under a train now.

Tell me if i'm missing something here

1) Finasteride (progestin) binds NADPH, which in turn lower 17 Estadiol, DHT, pregnenolone. progesterone + potentially cortisol . Since fin was binding NADPH during whatever time we took fin, all these hormones were low, but NOT testosterone
2) As a result, the body overexpress/downregulate all their receptors. Low DHT > overexpress DHT receptor, etc.
2,5)To compensate the very little DHT levels in blood, the body also increases the effect of DHT on gene expression

3)Then we quit fin, no more progestin binding NADPH, which recovers our DHT (and the other hormones stated above in the process). Every overexpressed AR tissue are now flooded with DHT with a strong action
4)now the brain has to lower its action and do so by methylating the DNA to silence DHT action + binding DHT with protein
5) In the process and with the goal of silencing DHT through methylation, every AR are affected, even the testosterone dominant normal ARs that were not overexpressed during fin. Basically the body doesnt care which AR has been overexpressed during fin and decide to methylate all of them
6)???
7)Testosterone does not act at all in testosterone sensitive tissues.

Just trying to get a clearer picture here, I never heard the theory regarding testosterone being shut down as the main culprit before but I don't care much about the why and how it happened as long as it leads to another potential cure. @Admiral seem to be willing to try your protocol from the other thread, I think dosage instructions would get him started

Wuf, the guy who recovered from high doses of corticosteroids, felt exactly like you, up and down, up and down for 3 months and then recovered.

Walker, are you still doing good?
I didn't hear from you from long time

Yessir, doing well. No worries of PFS stuff anymore and back to living the same life (just a tad more Health consciously than before) I used to. Hopefully I can kick PTSD to the curb as well.

How about you? Hopefully well my friend.
