Wuf, the guy who recovered from high doses of corticosteroids, felt exactly like you, up and down, up and down for 3 months and then recovered.
Who was the guy name?
Do you have any link?

So when I got home last night, after reading a few of the first post by Helen, I took about 6 mg of testosterone, and I use a little bit of T3, maybe a total of 8 micrograms... I ended up having and still have a very chubbed up penis, penis is Fuller a nice to get erection. I've had success with this protocol before.
@Helen, thanks for all that information man, it is priceless. I will do my best to get balanced and to use all those minerals and B,s and also chelation, I have some sodium alginate if that is okay... Instead of hormones. However, I do know that testosterone + thyroid works in my case as a crutch. Because the few days before last night, I noted that my penis was colder and smaller from using DHT and estrogen. But after dropping that and using test + thyroid my penis is back.

DHT estrogen and progesterone is not supposed to make it feel better. it is supposed to be bad while on it, it should be cycled.

niether fin nor duta makes people impotent, it makes them impotent only if DHT is inhibited too much.

I had really high DHT. and when I used fin, and my DHT came down from 5000 into 500 range, ( 200-800 is a normal range.)

this finished my panic attacks, it increased my libido and erections like crazy. I increased my energy 10 fold.

I was much better on finasteride.

But as a long term solution it is bad. since it inhibits NADPH.

If your DHT is high, finasteride taken properly increases libido erections and energy . but most people just randomly take that shit and suppress DHT to super low.

taking hormones is a waste. hormones are there to retain minerals. blocking hormones is also a waste

you are not suppose to block anything or block 5 alpha reductase)) that is ridiculous. you cant bind NADPH, that is your gluthathione action. This is why all these drugs are idiotic.

So nor fin nor duta no other bs should ever be used. They bind NADPH.

Hairloss with high DHT happens because of lack of glucorinidation. you need to break down DHT not inhibit its production by binding NADPH, which inhibits 20 other important places.

YOu need to understand that to have properly working Nitric oxide system , you need to have balanced system and minerals.

If you have low manganese for instance, you will have low SODs in mitochondria, and your nitric oxide will be TURNED Off.

Iron toxicity could cause this. this is why ALL 100% of hairloss people have impaired manganese metabolism

How is testosterone going to help you . if it retains IRON. People lose hair on steroids.))

Taking thyroid will create oxidative stress and ruin and go thru your hair also , since it will put pressure on SOds system.

Thyroid action is increased by potassium, potassium is retained by progesterone, progesterone is made with NAD.

So if people take progesterone, steroids, block DHT, do whatever, IT WILL DO NOTHING., since it is building blocks that you need to support proper nitric oxide.

Not taking end products. like to build progesterone you need b2 iron b6. why? because when you increase progesterone with them you will retain potassium and speed up thyroid. thyroid will increase oxidative stress. And that will kill your hair. this is why thyroid action goes up where there is enough b2 b6 to support antioxidation.

So availability of antioxidants ALLOWS the metabolism to go up. And people do the opposite, they increase the metabolism and this lowers already low antioxidant systems. and they wonder they they lose hair on thyroid. or on finasteride.

People are crazy and think they can just give hormones which is the level higher. WHy. the problem is on the lower micro level. To get rid of hairloss, you need to build up form the bottom, and feeding some hormones wont do anything at all.

I dont understand why you dont go on TEI. TEI will balance your antioxidation system and oxidation.

steroids , fin , will do NOTHING for the hair.

Isn't that similar to what hydrogen does? Just act as an antioxidant to let the body's metabolism rise again?

that was the whole idea of hydrogen, but you also need oxidation and antixodation, only vitamins can provide that.

like b2 increases oxidation and antioxdation at the same time.

if you just kill oxygen, it might lower metabolism but provide anti oxidation, and you end up bald as Jay

Yeah I was thinking from the concept of TEI plus hydrogen so you get the vitamins with it so you don't end up only one way or another

I was using H water while doing ARL. In one month went from slow oxidizer, to fast 3. Katherine seemed slightly alarmed. Lol. She asked if I had been under extreme stress, or if I was taking insulin for diabetes because it swung so fast. I felt great on H2, but stopped because I was worried it would throw off my ARL (now TEI).
Anywho..... I know @Helen is dropping some major science here. Addressing all the things I have questions about.... I just wish I was smart enough to know what all the TRD FGH JKL ZTY HFG IUF letters stand for :/

that is interesting lol, if it sped you up to slow to fast i wonder if it actually sped up the process of ARL (not sure if speeding you up that quick is healthy). Yeah, true that is why we really don't have any long term trials with hydrogen (2 months isn't really long term) since it could take a while for the body to adjust. Hydrogen is known for reversing diabetes in the studies and people have used hydrogen to get off insulin so there definitely is some truth to that lol

I was considering going back on it again. I think I suffer from the same extremism that most of the people in this forum suffer from. We want so bad to feel better, and we are willing to do whatever it takes..... apparently even drink our own piss:). My thought process is “if 2 is good for you, surely 10 would be better, right?” That’s where we get into trouble. I was guzzling Hwater non stop. I am considering going back to it, and just doing two glasses a day, or something like that. I’m moderstion. That may be the ticket. Or it might be an expensive delay to my nutritional balancing. That’s the problem. We don’t know which.

I am not sure on the hydrogen water, in my case it sped me up like crazy, always hungry and couldn't eat enough to sustain my body weight. Also lost even more facial fat and made me look like a crack head, ended up as a fast 2 on TEI after the hydrogen water. It made me feel good though mentally, it sure had positives, but in the short time frame it didn't feel balanced. We need like a year long trial and maybe the inhalations work better.

Agreed. Me as well. But that was with drinking it round the clock. What if it was just a glass or two a day?

My guess is that maybe since it acts as a strong anti oxidant and this allows metabolism to raise quickly like Helen said, this is why initially it could send you directly a fast oxidizer right away. And over time metabolism can adjust normally since the body can regulate. This could be the case especially if your body has already been under a ton of oxidiative stress and all of sudden it gets lowered and the metabolism raises again fast. The Japanese studies show even after years of using hydrogen that the effects keep on working more and more, but I do think that using too much at least initially can definitely be super stimulating and put metabolism into over drive. Actually, most people that tried hydrogen here report the same effects, even me. Too much and my muscles would be flat when working out.

I think you could be right that moderation is the key or low doses especially starting off, but we do know that hydrogen water lowers blood pressure (maybe increases potassium?) and inhalations do not so there is definitely a difference between the too methods.

Don’t do it dude. Lol please. You’ve been doing good... is there one story on here of guy regaining his dick with this? Just go get your dick.

It blocks potassium in cell, like fasting, like keto. Lowers cortisol so much... my cortisol went so low. I’ve probably had 15 or so cortisol blood draws in last 6 years... this was by far lowest. It was 9 (6-19 scale). Mine is normally in 14-18 range and when higher the better.

this is why it is good if you go on TEI , they will get rid of it.
You’ve mentioned in the past that you think going on a protocol of low dose test and progesterone while on TRT for a year would be a good thing to do, do you still think so?

that's just a guess, we don't know that for sure and that was just for drinking the water anyways and that didn't reference inhalations as well. Everything you mentioned is usually the opposite of keto, keto doesn't lower cortisol, it can raise it since blood glucose drops. Also, keto doesn't stimulate metabolism it slows metabolism and burns fatty acids, which is the opposite effect of what hydrogen water seems to do. If you were in keto why do we crave carbs and sugar when drinking hydrogen water, doesn't make sense. Hydrogen water is stimulating and increases appetite while keto is more calming mentally and suppresses appetite so it doesn't not feel like ketosis at all for me. Let alone keto can't even chelate heavy metals. When I drank a lot of it, it felt closer to when I took too much T3 where my metabolism was just in overdrive and my muscle were flat like a super fast oxidizer.

I highly doubt hydrogen just puts us in ketosis only none of the symptoms correlate, both in my experience and others. We don't have any longer trials here really than 2-2.5 months so we don't know if that is just an adjustment period anyways. If your on TEI already and making progress don't do it obviously, but it kind of sucks that we don't have any longer term trials for it. I can't imagine all these Japanese people that drink it on a daily basis feel this same feeling that we do initially with being over stimulated and stuff and probably toxic with metals.

I'm talking about this thread btw since it correlates with what we are talking about antioxidants here: https://hackstasis.com/threads/molecular-hydrogen.710/

hydrogen binds oxygen ,without oxygen you cant have fast metabolism , it is impossible. I felt low oxygen symptoms on hydrogen and I took it for 5 months., and high adrenaline on hydrogen water. and very cold.

I did not experience hunger on it.

Opposite of thyroid, thyroid increases metabolism and causes adrenaline, hydrogen kills it and causes adrenaline.

But it could do different things for different people I guess.

I just dont like any antioxidants. I like only things that can act as oxidant and antioxidiant at the same time. like b vitamins, all other antioxidants, are not good. long term

I like inhalations better personally and I still do those
