No'es pretty much. TEI alone will help and could serve as PCT. ---TEI, water fasting, *consistency*
helped mental /executive / cognitive functioning far more than hormones (of 5 types) in my case.
---i.e. these major detoxes eclipsed ru, ella, randro, etc in terms of "ability to function at work or school" (and in life in general).
Hormonal implications of Minerals is one reason behind TEI or HTMA.
---mental speed tests took a severe hit in PFS. back to normal after fasting. months later, higher or same... I doubt skipping that and just going to 4andro/randro or TRT would increase it consistently.
i mean I scored test 98-100/100 with no coffee. or on dex. or just fasting with nothing. 4am 4pm 2pm etc.
-WHEREAS pre fasting/ too lobotomized to even load up a computer. Could not type in my password let alone get it fixed. Let alone go to a doctor for TRT.
IF I just went to trt... not only would it be up and down (overall pfs / health) but executive functioning, likely would be inconsistent as well.
You want permanent gains not "needing" to have something to exist/get through it. I know it's tough.
--I say this because I doubt I'd have great results on randro/4andro without cleansing first. Maybe I would, but I doubt it.... like better gains in 6mo than like 3 yrs of training.
tho I did fine tune training the last several years and in 2016 got better results in a few months than years also...
----maybe if really clean one thing won't hurt if spaced out. but that's recommended against. --I wasn't perfect the whole time, but tests were CLEAN-ish for months in my case. I'll try 90d with nothing for cycle 2. I never took anything consistently. But for instance had coffee more than zero times, etc. --strive for better, not perfect.
---i think hormonal implications worst offender for messing up TEI..... ---> i went without breathing meds (inhalers), you can go without TRT. -TEI may = pct too from TRT.
---In a sense, TEI will be your TRT and much much more. And your functioning will go up.
--I doubt TRT increases cognitive functioning all day everyday, probably it is hit and miss.
--at least from the Joe Rogan Experience, TRT doctor who treats PFS, and was speaking about TBI's (Traumatic Brain Injuries) and using TRT.
---and countless things I read online on PFS.
--also that guy, Dr. Chrisler's patients. and Propecia help and all that stuff.
