Feeling good @wuf . Not as good as I was. But good. It’s weird. It seems like on every cycle I hit a period of 1-2 weeks where it feels like everything has finally broken through And feel totally cured. Usually after about a
Month on the program. Then it regresses some. But, it’s getting better every time, so we press on.

Alright..... hair test #4 in the bag. Second round of TEI. Moved to a fast 3 and my Potassium went off the charts somehow. Everything else seems to be in decent order. Definitely feel like I’ve lost some ground sexually. Energy has been terrible. Hopefully will get things back on track here. I have noticed the last month I have been stuck in a rumination pattern. What I mean by that, I have had pain in my hip for the last 2 years. Lots of BJJ, lots of heavy power lifting in my adult years. I had convinced my self it was cancer and I was dying. Literally having dreams about it and obsessing about it night and day. Couldn’t break the cycle. Got the courage up to get an MRI. Turns out it was a stress fracture and torn tendon all this time. I say all that to say, I wonder if this thought pattern is indicative of this stage I’m in.

The idea is slowly they peel off all layers so it could be you are in an old body chemistry that you were in before with similar issues. Do you feel like this?

After the first TEI cycle I have done I noticed improvements but also some old issues I had rise up again. For me this is PE, bloating, light headedness, weird anxiety feeling in the stomach, etc. Although this is not every day.

Your thoughts/mentality can influence hairtest, at least Dr. Wilson claims this. I believe it. Thoughts itself can CAUSE stress. Thoughts itself can GIVE energy. I think this can all be seen on hair test.

Just keep doing the hair tests IMO. Might take a while to fix everything if you were very imbalanced before. Ups and downs. The guys on cdnuts also had ups and downs. Just keep an eye out if the overall TREND is positive -> getting better. That is most important. Overall from what I read it seems you are doing pretty good.

Absolutely, I think thoughts can affect a hair test. I guess question is the chicken or the egg argument. Which came first? Are thoughts there because of the state of balance, or is the balance as it is because of
The thoughts. Absolutely this is a process. And things continue to improve. I thought given how quickly things remedied originally, I was gonna have an easier road. Ah well. Only easy day was yesterday.......

Yea

The fact that you have good days where you feel cured-ish is a good sign though. Blast through the bad days and stay focussed on the path.

I think I’ve been made a little bit into fast oxi recently with excessive sea salt baths perhaps, fasting.

That said, when I stepped into MAGNESIUM Epsom salt bath the other day, my brain immediately started thinking good thoughts and I started feeling so much better. Body chemistry and brain work together- it’s really incredible.

I was clearly deficient in mag. Electricity in my body turned on immediately as a put my feet in bath.

It’s also incredible how bad your mind can think when you are in bad place physically, bad herx. Mental health comes from within the body.

Yes, you can work on your mental health with spirituality, deep breathing, meditation- and I’m sure these can really help fight disease, displeasure. But the disease, disruption in the body/organs below is the overall root cause of the bad thoughts and displeasure in the Brain.

Mg is good stuff man.' Kept me pretty level for 3-4 years before Fin. Took fast thinking (too fast, too aggressive, too scattered) down a notch. Made me calm, so fucking calm, it was insane.

It’s so good. I love the feeling from it. Round 1 really from HTMA perspective last year messing with mag made me feel worse, depressed.

This year, dropping calcium shell and shifting back to a possibly “toss up” oxidizer has left mag now something that feels good. Music sounds better, feel more at peace. Breathing better. Depression/anxiety decrease.

Yes I saw that. First round they gave me sym-pack, vit E, copper plus, calcium plus, GT formula, magnesium plus, pyridox plus.

This second round they took it down to Sym-pack, magnesium plus, copper plus and vit E @Helen

Hmmmmmmm. Good call @Helen i was quartering a cialis pill and taking 1 quarter ever week and a half to two weeks maybe? Didn’t think that small dose would throw it off by that much.

Oh!!!! Also, don’t know if this would do it, but I had to take a medrol dose pack (steroid) for hip Bursitis in November during my cycle. Could that have done it?

man oh man, you are taking glucoroticoids on the program. no wonder your potassium went sky high. Cortisol raises potassium on the hairtest.

I had to that one time. It’s not a normal thing. I literally couldn’t walk, and had to work. I am hugely opposed to them, but this was an exception I had to make. Found out I had a stress fracture in my hip that was causing the bursitis. Does that mean that my last test is essentially no good? Or will TEI bring back in balance?

Well guys, not much to update here. Actually quite discouraged. Been on this last cycle of TEI for two months now. I actually feel like I have lost ground. Sexually, things pretty dead. Or, if not dead dead, they are pretty bland.
Emotionally, this is what’s killing me. I don’t feel anything. I am indifferent to my wife, and she has noticed it and has withdrawn herself. Feeling pretty down. Well over six months now of mineral balancing, and I actually feel like I’ve lost ground. Definitely were moments in the past 6 mos where it seemed like things were moving forward, but from where I sit now, they have not. Watching your family and the person you love pull away, because you can’t give them the connection they desire emotionally and sexually, is heart breaking....... if only I could feel that heartbreak. We have got to figure something out.
