UPDATE: So about those good big changes....Just kidding. Last week, I thought there was a big change happening. My libido was actually raging for a quick second. Well, I’m now over a week post last sexual activity. My libido is dead dead. This hasn’t happened before. Usually I am on a one week cycle. Also, I have been having a weird withdrawn feeling that I haven’t felt in probably 5 months. Zero desire to be around people. I don’t get it. I have been making great progress the last three months. I have been on my second round of ARL for a little over a month now. Could I have moved really fast back to a slow oxidizer? In a month? Don’t know if I should stop the supps, or if maybe this is part of the healing process? Any thoughts?

You’re pushing the supps what 3 times a day correct? Have you messed around with timing of dosages. Maybe try once a day or every 3 days.

I think hydrogen water may have messed with your balancing efforts early on. And it likely helped you in some ways as well. But I feel like you are just beginning the whole balancing efforts now because beforehand you unbalanced yourself pretty immensely with h2.

Would like to see if you tried short ARL cycles like 10 days on 10 off and see how libido responds.

For me and a few guys here like goose, the libido comes after stopping a cycle.

Holy smokes!!!! So new hair test is back. You can see the original. Was really slow. Now I have gone off the charts fast. Any thoughts? This was with ARL supps, coffee enemas, and lots and lots of hydrogen water

hey, i just read your whole thread, very interesting how you switched these around. i notice almost everyone has really bad calcium to potassium ratio, you had that also, but you seemed to switch it around on your second test, but your magnesium still seems to be off. are you taking a magnesium supplement by any chance? did you start taking a lot more potassium in, that's why your potassium ratio became better?

Yeah. I think that has to be my next step. I will say, during that time with the ARL and H2 water, I made the lost progress with everything but libido. Now feels like it’s all unraveling. Do I get a hair test every month to make sure I haven’t gone ost my target balancing? I am great at following a protocol. If they tell me “this many times a day for this many days”, consider it done. I won’t miss for anything. I don’t know that I trust myself experimenting on dosages, but as you said, that’s where you and @Goose12 have received the benefits, so...... thanks @bruschi11

I am on Magnesium this time around. The potassium I cannot figure out. My guess is that the spike had something to do with taking the Hydrogen Water at the same time as the ARL supplements. I do t know if it super charges the process, or what. It will be interesting to see this time around where I am at. I feel like I have lost ground in the last week and hoping I haven’t over shot my target balancing.

UPDATE........... so a not so pleasant development has happened. Over the last month, for some reason, I have developed premature ejaculation like CRAZY. Like to the point where if my wife and I are just in foreplay mode, I will cum just by her touching me. I am at a complete loss. How could any of this cause that? And why so late in the game with PFS? Could it be the ARL supplements? This has never been an issue in my life, how does it just happen out of the blue all of a sudden? Are there biological causes? Appreciate all of your thoughts.

Honestly think it’s a good sign. It’s a part of your reproductive system starting to work correctly again. I think changes are good. If your body wants to cum then take that as good sign.

But honestly man. I know you had hydrogen issues. If u look at thread I posted in that @m_arch brought up, there’s a doctor who follows similar principles to what we follow here on this site and part of his beliefs is the oxygen/ hydrogen balance.

I don’t know if ARL or TEI is going to fix that for us. Something drastic happened in our systems man- look at both of our hair tests.

I’m breathing a lot of oxygen currently and working on gut. But I plan on fasting after this month to hopefully get beyond this such major flair up that happened to me.

Brother, I hope it’s a positive. It sure aggravated the hell out of my wife. Lol. But change is good. Just hard to see that when it feels like your sliding backwards.
Tell me more about what you’re thinking with the hydrogen/oxygen ratio...... my experience with H2 wasn’t horrible. I actually felt great on it. I stopped because my hair test had changed so quickly. Results of third test should be here this week, although I think I am starting to feel the same way you do. Not sure that TEI is going to get us the rest of the way across the finish line. So frustrating. All my symptoms are gone, except for the sexual ones. For those, I have no idea what to do next. Just keep plowing ahead with TEI, or change tactics. Hard to know.

Got the new hair test. Switched to TEI. Actually doesn’t look that bad. Keep hoping that something is so far out of whack that might explain the lack of libido, but........Fast 1. Last hairtest on ARL I was fast 3. Before that a slow oxidizer.

I’d imagine the low Na:K ratio could explain the low libido. This ratio usually means low androgens I believe. Our hair tests are almost identical.

Thanks brother. Things are great all around. Minus that one pesky sexual bit. Things have literally gone downhill since stopping my second round of ARL to transition to TEI. I think I was premature, but hopefully TEI is a better way to go about it.

Yeah. Looking forward to starting TEI. Had hormones done in February I think I was 419 or something. Doc tried talking me into Test. I just don’t feel like that is the answer. Although it is awful tempting to see if there would be any benefit.

-Go with your gut @hairsuit. Docs tried to say it's alcoholism (after cutting like 8000 drinks to 100 a year), OCD (after I realized that's one of like 10 symptoms or way more only), anxiety (same), etc... but I always shrugged it off or cited previous life exp or (pharma, psyche, bio, drug studies, etc) literature to them. --But that got me to 2 specialists I trust. I mean with my main issues, pfs... yeah no one basically/ but can see endo now... if I want more tests; but docs did admit : "I don't know". Which is nice, bc they surely didn't when I was 19 or 21 etc.
--I mean mood disorder/adhd, anxiety stuff... --well yeah they see you smiling or anxious or most the time normal but talking fast.
-never explored manic depression a tiny bit if **i never brought it up** same with adhd* but that on net kind of saved my ass in school/ so I don't regret that on net (adderall sure, but not that dx).
-and alcohol, substance abuse, etc... well I had to beat that on my own 22-24yrs old etc... Maybe I didn't *need to beat it on my own* but Kind of that's what everyone does for everything in a way. --I wasn't about to go to AA but I considered it and similar things (likely miss all meetings anyways).

So, finishing up two months on my third round of TEI. I really really want to do a fast, but I know that will probably ruin all the balancing I’ve done. What do you guys think? Is it worth doing anyway and then get tested again and start back on supps? Or just stay the course all on TEI. So many people rave about the water fast. I feel like I’m missing out.

In my opinion you should just stick with tei. I have the same thoughts run through my mind but everytime I start a new cycle and make new gains I am happy I stuck with tei.

Fast won’t ruin balancing efforts. It will help balance u more.
