I just read the response. Seems like a bit of work, but damn anything's better than 9 days of fasting!

I am actually going to recommend doing the cleanse (and plan on starting a second one this upcoming Monday). However, I feel like i have lost some of the mental benefit I got from the fasts last fall. I plan to do the cleanse again next Monday.

Why have people stopped posting on here?

Also, the second cleanse went horribly, and my own mental state is significantly worse. I almost feel like I have reversed many of the gains I made over the past few months. Also DO NOT TOUCH EPSOM SALTS.

So unfortunately I think I have regressed over the past few months, but am doing what I can to improve.

It is said that once you start with liver flushes you have to keep going until there are no more stones. Otherwise you end up worse then before (because things started moving and now it is actually more clogged up than before)
The issue with that is that taking Epsom Salts messed with my mental health, like as soon as I took them. I also tried another flush a month afterwards with no success either. Is there any way to do one without the epsom salts?

What regime are you currently following? Are you doing ARL/TEI or CDnuts or anything?

I was following an abbreviated version of TEI I think, but I haven’t been as on top of it.

I am experimenting with going vegan (3 weeks now) and am currently fasting today and tomorrow. Thoughts?

Also, should I continue to take the supplements on the days I fast?

Also, I’m going to try taking cold showers from time to time. Doesn’t that help as well?

@Orion posted a protocol without Epsom salts. But it appears like they just skipped it without a substitute:

You need something which opens your bile duct. Since some people use Niacin for that maybe someone can use it and skip Epsom salts then.
The Liver Flush man has "another amazing video" on that:

Be careful, I have no experience with this.
If you try it, please let me know how it is going. Epsom salts are really horrible to drink.

Have a nice day!

I accidentally had dairy in the form of mashed potatoes yesterday and could feel it today. This sucks!

So luckily it seems to have resided. However, I’m beginning to realize that my recovery has been mostly a sexual recovery, and not an emotional recovery (I am feeling emotional for the first time in a while this morning). I’d imagine any kind of emotional recovery comes later (since at least that’s the way I remember things going in puberty, sexually developing first and then emotionally).

This is going to sound somewhat odd, but I think I’m overcoming my Accutane issies, but at the same time, still struggling with Finasteride issues (I take FULL blame for being so stupid as to try propecia out last spring). Does no vitamin A help deal with propecia? I know people seem to have more luck dealing with PFS than Accutane problems.

So I think I’ve figured out that my biggest problem relating to Finasteride is that it did some kind of damage to my pituitary gland. Does anybody have any idea of what I can do to deal with the problem (or even just mitigate the effects)?

That's not true. You have issues in your body that finasteride caused that end up hurting how your HPA function works. Which begins at the pituitary. So it was certainly affected by fin but it is no way indeed the root of your issue.

Whoever told you that you have a "messed up pituitary gland" should probably get fired and sent to prison. That's just mean lol.

Well then what should I do? Nobody told me, that's just the conclusion I reached, as most of my problems seem to relate to that. No need for making snarky remarks here, as this problem has led me to seriously consider ending my life again.
