Weird palate expansion going on

For the past few weeks i have been taking boron, k2 (mk7),Vitamin D3, MgCl a basic multi, drinking plenty of milk...
Now ive been taking really high doses of boron just to experiment with. One of the first things ive noticed is that my forearm bones are a lot harder.

When i were to squeeze them together they felt like squeezing two seperated pvc pipes together. Now it just feels like a solid rock in my arm.

But the weirdest thing that has been happening is my palate has widened.
At first my teeth stated hurting and i had this urge to bite in unusual ways, usually side to side and pressing on certain teeth. I heard cracking and squeaking while i was doing so but i was fine and my teeth felt better after doing so.

Well after doing that for some time my palate has widened a lot, i think in some weird way my body adjusted my palate and teeth to somewhat what they should have been this whole time. The only thing that is weird is in what way this has happened, by forcing my teeth to the side and pushing them in these directions i forcibly expanded them.

Not if he crashed. I think even without a crash just taking Fin or similar drugs and maybe supplements like saw or nettle switches off your puberty development. In the case of pfs at least in some cases like me it made my body more female and childlike so I went backwards in puberty. What he described sounds exactly what Weston A Price became famous for, vitamin k2 correcting the distribution of calcium, so his bone density is improving and his teeth are developing like someone who has a natural diet instead of a processed diet.

Here are some sources
The X Factor of Weston A. Price–Vitamin K2

On the Trail of the Elusive X-Factor: A Sixty-Two-Year-Old Mystery Finally Solved - The Weston A. Price Foundation

My calfs used to be very large and the muscle hard and fused to the shinbone before pfs. Now after years of deterioration my legs are skinny and the shin/tibia is no longer calcified with the muscle, it doesn't feel like a wooden baseball bat anymore. There is a gap between the bone and the muscle and it feels very frail and I can't build or recover muscle like a normal person. At least I stopped having shin cramps which were the result of magnesium deficiency but no matter what I took including spraying magnesium oil on the shin itself before bed and upon waking I couldn't correct that, it's just another pfs mystery, I think Helen had an explanation.

Well bone loss is very real with pfs.. I've lost so much bone in my teeth but vitamin k and mineral balancing is helping alot.. my only point is if he's taking the minerals aND still young the change is likely picking up and developing as it should for a person that's still in growing years.. especially in an area like the palate, or feet for example vs somebody who's already past those growth areas age wise

Lost a lot of bone in my face, does anyone actually know the reason and if it is recoverable at all? Been like this for years. TEI doesn't supplement vitamin K2 for example, so there's that.

As far as I remember @SwaZ never took finasteride or any other substance like that.

I take vitamin k on top of my mineral balancing program.. vitality k has both k1 and k2, I also take 2000 vitd 1 50 mg p5p and 1 extra 30 MG zinc as i have borderline pyroloria.. according to test...

Anyway the k2 /vitd has made noticeable improvements..

This has me interested, not sure if PFS caused me any bone loss but I've always had thin bone mass so maybe this could help a bit. When you say noticeable improvements do you mean mostly in the face or what?

I have tried k2 in the past and it was not for me, weird sensation in my bones and made my wrist and knees thinner, it probably depleted my calcium as seen on my first TEI test, low calcium. I think it is dangerous to simply add k2 to your TEI cycles and might result in incorrect hair analysis. Probably the same goes for vitamin D, also calcium interactions.

Definitely the teeth firmed up.. I haven't xrayed in a year or so, but i can tell.. and the face, I lost a ton of fat and it did look like the jawline became more angled.. that hasn't reversed but it's hard to tell with fat coming back..

but overall k2 has just made my bones feel stronger.. there's nothing wrong with adding it to mb.. they don't always get it perfect , supplement wise

Well, as far as d goes, I was low 2000mcg daily isn't enough to get u out of balance. . It just maintains status quo.. u need about 10000 mcg a day to affect lab result.. I just didn't want to become overly deficient..

as far as k2, my hair tests have still been improving, so I'll keep taking it.. also when the dentist tells you youre losing your teeth, it gets to the point where you just say fuckit, might as well try, since not taking it isn't helping

Well yeah, i was expecting some bone remodeling but the thing that is weird is how, my palate expanded. My body forced my teeth side to side to mechanically move them to the right place. So far no suplement or combo of suplements made this much change.

I guess the take away would be that you can regrow your bones, no matter what.

I never took fin or any other drug, but my palate was narrow and with right suplements, diet and hormones in balance my body knew what to do.
Any people that lost bone mass in the face using fin, im 100% sure you can get it back and not only that, but get some extra growt that you might have missed out.

Also, i might be able to get an x ray just to see how my bone density is, so i will post here if i get any results

You are still young and facially still developing, so better chance for palate growth. In adults palate expansion is really hard to achieve without an expander.
