I have low sodium and low ca. Thinning and receding. I thought high ca was calcification.
calcification is the ratio of calcium to magnesium (i.e. high calcium low magnesium = calcification). You can have receding perhaps from a previous oxidation rate where you spent some years with a calcifying oxidation type perhaps, even if its not the case now, perhaps?

Also dont forget that the male skull changes as we get older, so some receeding in the temples is normal. It just depends how far it goes / if it starts to go at the crown as well etc.

For me seems TEI is helping a lot with hair loss and scalp. I had some shedding on this last cycle but nothing changed in appearance. Now I am off the supplements and my scalp no longer feels painful on the crown.

If you look at my hairtest it is typical fast oxidizer I think. Could be that my hair loss was from not enough protein or maybe I pushed my oxidation rate too high all the time with high carb, low fat and caffeine and stuff. I was also a bit chubby (& muscles) and higher estrogen before ever taking finasteride. Now I am low BF%. My diet was really bad before finasteride.

I eat a lot of full fat dairy (calcium) and cooked fatty meat, raw eggs and butter. Plus spinach and other vegetables like brocolli. No caffeine. Some carbohydrates like handful of berries and rice on workout days and always with butter & Protein. I don't eat bread or grains except rice.

I cannot say if TEI is the fix for hair loss yet but it sure does help but it is not instant. The first cycle of TEI I still had painful/tight scalp for example and lasted the whole cycle. Second cycle also periods. I I think it can take a while if you are fucked up. Plus I am not 100% yet so for now this is all speculation.

I think things like fasting or IF can also help this. I read a study MPB is linked to metabolic issues like insulin resistance which IF and fasting can help. So eating food in a shorter eating window, losing weight, being active, etc. If you are fucked up I would do a bigger eating window like 8 hours (16/8 IF), if you are healthier you can do OMAD.

Case Report: Therapeutic use of intermittent fasting for people with type 2 diabetes as an alternative to insulin

Would be cool if I fixed hair loss but I would be happy to just get completely stable and pre-finasteride. We will see.
just checked out your tests.

Yes looks pretty standard tests

First test you had a bad mg to ca ratio, which is adrenal (which leads to a bad ca to mg ratio too since the high na pushes mg down relative to ca - but yours wasnt horrible)

3rd test is similar. looks like you are more potassium dominated though

Maybe this is why i keep loading magnesiun and i still have problems with calcification

Go for it man. If it is a cool chick that is good. Especially because you just broke up you need some different girl(s) so you can see your GF was not that special. It is healthy.

Men and women are attracted to each other, that is just part of life.

Just make sure you don't lose yourself in her flowery scent and charms.

You are the man. Remember that. You are not some soy weak ass little bitch who needs women for validation. You need to hold the frame. That is all. Don't compromise for pussy. If she likes you she will fuck you no matter what.

I have been the biggest asshole to girls and they still liked me. I feel kinda bad about how I treated some of them (LIKE TRASH) - but you see that attraction is not negotiable. No matter how much you suck up to a girl. It will do the opposite and kill the attraction.

Don't overthink to much. Just remember one thing YOU ARE THE MAN. You are a man. Not a pussy!

--Up until serious drugs, I'd fall in love all the time, weekly. IT seemed fun*. BUT really, it was stressful, and hugely distracting.
--Don't use words like smitten.
--Go for the date. Enjoy, but never wear your heart on your sleeve.
--Protect your feelings.
-Maybe you'll move on immediately if it works out well (from the previous thing).
--SOunds good man. Enjoy. Second date, that's good stuff.
--Bang by second or third date, delete the number. SIT on the opposite side of the room and or drop the class, worst case. if class/department small, switch schools.
--if country small or she gets preg, move to different country. easy fix.

--No wait, that was crap advice.
--Just have fun man, don't put pressure on anything. Attraction is irrisistable, you never know where something can lead. just have fun.
--it's instantaneous and instinctual. --Be aloof but not too aloof. --Just go for it, fuck it man.

I did something a bit stupid I think, and started drinking Soy Milk enriched with vitamin D, calcium (500mg in one glass) and b2 and i think maybe phosphorous. Anyway, it really slowed me down. Made me nap heaps of days. Which i enjoyed, i also enjoyed the taste and the de-stressing feeling it gave me...
but it also brought the scalp itch back big time... which i havent had in ages. I'm avoiding it now and taking extra magnesium an it seems to be slowly going away.

I think I should have just stuck with my TEI supplements and not started drinking enriched soy milk... fucking stupid really

I don't know if its because i'm single now and therefore more self conscious, but my hair is looking really shit. Thin and receded.
I think from here i'm just gonna run TEI for the next two years, and if i don't get regrowth then get a transplant and just shell out the $$.
At this point i think i'm better off with just a crew cut.
I think any hair style i have looks like shit like i'm trying to hide the receded temples, at least a crew cut wont do that
I think my face isn't bad looking, but it doesn't really suit short hair styles either. I think i looked the best with mediumish-long hair in my early 20s and late teens

So, whatever. I reckon TEI for 2 years (hopefully it balances me so i'll stop losing hair) then get a transplant and take like 3-6 months off go on a holiday somewhere warm while it heals and just relax and meditate or something. If i'm not balanced by then fuck it I might even go on finasteride. Accutane at least didn't give me mental/sexual side effects, and there was some thread on here about finasteride curing post accutane symptoms?? lol fuck i don't know anything anymore

I also think, damn, I think i'm having a pretty big response to the TEI supplemenets.

At random moments throughout the day i'll get like this intense heat wave in my body, all my veins bulge out. I think this is the most vascular i've ever been, its like theres a fire inside my body. Kind of like stress hormones or something... like a "hot flush" LOL
Also doing things like going for a walk, I seem to be getting sweatier and hotter really quickly

Its super intense though, not a good feeling. I'd prefer to have ice in my veins, not fire

Finished my first round of tei last week and ordered a new hair test.

Changed my diet slightly to include more richly colored foods: berries, cacao, balsamic vinegar, turmeric

Got my tei results back

...
Weird shit. I'm now a slow 2, and my sodium finally actually went down. I've also got dry skin now too, which tei said was from the low sodium. Its 6 down from 33 lol @Orion

My mg is super low though.. bayard ca to mg ratio. A lot of other ratios flipped too.

Cu Went up considerably for the first time
I'll post it in a few hrs

Why do you think this? Just based on your new test?
Yeah and history. The test said to have more protein, my mg was low too (probs too many crabs) and my digestion has been off

Wow that is a huge jump, what to you think the biggest contributor to this? Do you feel in better health than in the last year?

To be honest i haven't really been paying much attention to my health. After my recent break up and numerous life changing decisions i've not really had much time to think about it ...

I think my dry eyes are better, but i'm not living in as dry of a location anymore.

My acne has probably gotten a bit worse this year - but again i'm not sure why or whats caused it. It seemed to flare up when I did the liver flushes... which was before I started taking the TEI supps.

Energy doesn't seem to have changed.
Nor does hair, even though my Ca:Mg balance is pretty bad right now.

I dont know if one should look at ratios if in 4 lows. Weird that you fell into that, did you accurately follow the programm ?
I did. Maybe it was all the life stress. But I think mostly my high sodium was keeping me out of 4 lows

I got a flu recently, and i think its jacked my metabolic rate and adrenals up. My dry eyes were feeling much better before, but now this flu has fucked them and theyre back with a vengence. Just hoping it goes away when im fully recovered.

Also my supplements arrived today. I'm on

Para pack 1 0 1
Vit E 1 0 1
Adren 1 0 1
HCL 1 1 1
Min plex B 2 0 2

for the diet im not really following it, going to to ketogenic for my suspected SIBO

breakfast:
4 eggs + turmeric
1 can sardines, 4 tblspn olive oil, 1 tblspn balsamic vinegar

lunch:
120g almond butter, 40g dark choc
1 can salmon

dinner:
1 cup berries mixed, 1 cup soy milk
more salmon or chicken or something (will vary)

I've been following this diet for about a month now. My acne and bowel movements are both better - but i went off the rails the other day and had two dominoes pizzas which messed me up a bit (probably weak will power due to the flu)
