Okay i've started my TEI supps for about a week now.
A lot has gone down lately...
-Broke up with GF(or rather, she broke up with me) after a 6 year relationship about 3 weeks ago
-We owned a house together so i moved out, now in a share house, been here 2 weeks
-We worked together, so i'm getting a new job... (just started today - tennis coaching)
-decided to go back to uni and study health / nutrition as it seems like my biggest interest in life, started 2 weeks ago
-Feeling really floaty with work / life / everything... my best mate lives in another state, maybe even considering moving over there
Damn, life kicks you in the guts sometimes.
I keep getting these random "hot flush" type feelings - i wonder if this is from the TEI (its trying to lower my sodium i imagine) or from all the stress i've been through lately.
I get kind of nervous / anxious about change (typical fast oxi), my heart has been pounding lately.
My "dry eyes" actually i guess havent been feeling so dry. Maybe TEI is helping. My distance vision seems a bit blurry though - its been this way for awhile but its pronounced at uni reading projector screens, i'm actually wondering if its from the almonds/walnuts i put in my smoothie. I'm overhauling my diet a bit to get rid of these nuts and include more veggies.

give me some love guys.
Lots of changes bro, moving closer to friends is a great idea! Stick with the TEI supps and keep an eye on your vitamin A intake. Low/zero A really help get rid of my night sweats, which could be like your hot flush reactions.
I am two weeks into my TEI plan supps, and its making me very fatigued, irritable, sleep and digestion still good, but worse then when not on the supps.
